Great app very fun use and the most user-friendly I’ve ever been part of

I have been using Benjamin for about 8 months and like others, they give you one withdrawal option and that is acebet, I had 45.00 wanted to know what acebet was, it's a gambling site that does not allow cash withdrawals, so I lost my 45.00 and now I have 30.00 to withdrawal and paypal,venmo are still unavailable. The app rules say PayPal and Venmo are 2 withdrawal options, so why are they not?!!!!!!!?

I started playing games on Benjamin a few weeks ago. They let me cash out the 1st dollar then they said you have to earn 20 more in order to cash out again. Now they’re saying that you can only cash out to acebet instead of PayPal. Yesterday they said I had to pay $.50 to keep my streak going when I hadn’t missed a day of playing in three weeks. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I downloaded this app.

I used to love this app because the payouts were generally larger than most. The they stopped having games I enjoyed and left me with games that only paied out .01 to .05 a beaten level. After ape ding countless hours playing games I can no longer withdraw and I have 80.00 just sitting there. Ive tried contacting customer service numerous times and they close out my request saying solved, eventhough they just sent an auto response. I filed with BBB and have heard no response. I have read reviews, lawsuits, and other complaints from people in the same situation with no resolve. Please dont waste your time or money on this app. It seems the company is in financial crisis and the app should no longer be available so others dont fall into the same scam.

Fast payout doesnt take forever like other apps to win money

I've been waiting for my money for over two months and I haven't gotten a cent. There's over $100 in my account, but can only withdraw $50 max at a time. Each withdrawal costs a dollar, so it'll cost $3 just to get my money. That is, if I ever get anything.

Money from December still hasn’t bin payed its now October. They take your money right away and deduct your payout money to PayPal right away

I entered the wrong phone number and couldn't figure out how to change it to the correct number. Therefore I didn't receive the $1 deposit.

This app was good when it came out . Once they decided to change things in October of 2025 I wanted to pull out the 100 hundred that I earned and it would not let me pull out and they said changes coming in December 3rd or 5th . When the time came was not abke to pull out still and then a week later I went to pull out and it had PayPal to where you pay money to get your money . Well I have 128 hundred twice eight dollars and still haven't been paid they put you in quite saying you have to wait until they go through the first person that cashed out this is ridiculous its October 5th and still no payment and I cashed out on December 9th and the 10th . If they are not going to pay then this app needs to be shut down.

Benjamin give the money for playing games. But to withdraw balance don’t work unless it’s to acebet app. Where you have to use your balance you just transfer over from Benjamin. And now I still can’t receive the money because they made me spend it. Because you have to play it back then u may or may or cash out.

I am highly disappointed I was really waiting on my money only for it to not even let me withdraw it on paypal it went towards something called acebet

It used to be great, but starting this year it’s 100% a scam. My $230 payout has been sitting in a Que since Jan! Don’t use this app

I have been trying since Aug 9 to get my $50 pay out. They now owe my another $25 since Sept 1. So they now owe me $75. I keep being told I am in queue. When asked where I am at in the queue. I am told nothing and be patient. Am not using this app anymore.

It’s a scam o wasted time playing games on this app it has been 10 months and I still didn’t receive my payout. There are so many other app I’ve used that pay out instantly.

Worked hard to earn what I have earned and now it won't let me cash out it's a scam and I never got my reward for completing the 1,000th deal on solitaire don't waste ur time it's a scam

Great that it came so quick the when I tried to withdraw the rest you program went down and I have been unable to get what I earned.
