First payout was super easy, for $1 which arrived immediately. Cash out options have not been available since so I am skeptical to keeping earning.

Scam. Save yourself time. You will never get your payout. They were great in the past but over the last year, they have fallen apart. Waiting 3 months now a simple payout to PayPal. Their customer support is a joke as well. Use Swagbucks instead.

This app congratulated me on my first withdrawl! 😂 what withdrawal?? It’s a scam. I signed up, I’ve been playing endlessly and as soon as I get enough to withdrawal, my preferred withdrawal options disappear…how convenient! Don’t waste your time! It’s just another scammy game

I have been waiting for over 10 months for my payment, since December 13, 2025, and supposedly it’s in a queue. I have contacted them twice but it usually takes a month or more to hear back. I don’t suggest anyone using this app. I don’t think they are paying anyone.

This app has turned into a scam. They are making me and several others wait months to receive our withdrawals while they try to dodge questions about when pay outs will occur, shutting down withdrawal options, and having their support respond with generic answers. Do not waste your time with this app.

I had used the Benjamin app for probably about a year, and for the most part was pleased with the money I was able to earn. I recently came back to Benjamin after a six month absence, and I really love the new features and ways of earning. My only issue is with the dollar that was supposedly cashed out for me…I have messaged customer service, just trying to figure out where they sent it. I’ve gotten no response as of yet, but I know from my past experience that this app has a well trained support team.So I’m just hoping they are a little backed up. If it wasn’t for this little hitch I would have given five stars without a second thought.

It was fast and I appreciate the cash out

I used to use this app and they paid out as soon as you earned the money.
But now I requested a withdrawal almost a month ago and it says it’s still in the que. I spent money to earn the points necessary and now who knows if I’ll get it back.

If I could give a zero, I would. On September 24th, 2026, I received an email from Customer Support Agent at Benjamin. Her name is Carmen. She told me that she has been authorized to release my money as it was ready to go and should be working on that, and it would be completed next week. I thought well finally that’s great since I have been waiting on it since January 23 of 2026. It’s now at $2300. Guess what I still don’t have my money. They have admitted that it’s ready to go and they need to be paying me and they still won’t do it. I sent in a new ticket with her email attached stating as such and all I got was some playbook response. We know you’re waiting for your money and thank you for your patience. Well guess what? I’m not effing patient anymore. This company is BS.

This app is a scam. No way of withdrawing money you earned from offers. You waste countless hrs watching ads & using their apps that burn up your phone battery and not be compensated. Have over $160 sitting in account because they want to pull the scam that they are working on it over a month so it won't allow you to withdraw.

After your first dollar withdrawal, they make it impossible to withdraw through paypal or vemno since there's an issue, it's under maintenance. And I have read many reviews saying this about them. They'll have you to withdraw the first dollars showing that it works, and then something goes wrong. Where you can't withdraw no more and you just keep building up. And building up, I would cut my losses. If you're already into this game or just don't download it. And trust me, I have played many of these apps, and that is common, but there is some out there that truly do what they're saying, as prime surveys, they have gains on there too. They pay out like they say

Don’t waste your time with Benjamin, when time to payout they make PayPal and Venmo unavailable and only have Acebet available! Can’t get any response from Customer Service! This app is a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!

Benjamin is a scam. They advertise quick payout but that's a lie there is actually no payout. They have you cash out $1 as a test payout but when you try to payout the rest they put you in a que that could take weeks some people say they have been waiting months but for me they disabled the PayPal payout option and the only way to cash out was to transfer my funds to an app called AceBet and which is a casino and you cant payout there unless you win $30. Which is impossible to do so you end up losing the money benjamin claims you get fast. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

Great app very fun use and the most user-friendly I’ve ever been part of

I have been using Benjamin for about 8 months and like others, they give you one withdrawal option and that is acebet, I had 45.00 wanted to know what acebet was, it's a gambling site that does not allow cash withdrawals, so I lost my 45.00 and now I have 30.00 to withdrawal and paypal,venmo are still unavailable. The app rules say PayPal and Venmo are 2 withdrawal options, so why are they not?!!!!!!!?
