I am absolutely furious with the Benjamin app. This platform is engaging in highly deceptive practices by completely freezing user payouts.

On October 1st, I requested a PayPal withdrawal for my hard-earned balance of $25.31. The app instantly took the money out of my account, dropped my balance to $0.00, and shoved the transaction into a permanent, never-ending "withdrawal queue."

It has now been nearly THREE WEEKS. They promised a 3+ day timeline, but my money is still completely locked up in their system (Transaction ID: 01a0f767-e75c-7019-b441-92d4fe9b7b06). Also, their customer support is non-existent. They ignore messages and completely ghost their users once it is time to pay out.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional business behavior. They are actively withholding money that belongs to me. I have already filed formal fraud and consumer protection reports with both the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

If you are thinking about downloading this app, save your time and your sanity. Do not let them trick you into earning rewards you will never actually receive. Give me my money!

For one I did not know I had to put my winnings into a casino app and when I did it would not let me withdraw until I spend my rewards I earned from you guys. I was so upset. It took me forever to win that money. So I’m not playing no more I’m done. Waste of time and a rip off

Originally the app had decent rewards and paid out relatively quickly. As of December 2025, there was a queue of months created for rewards to even become available. Withdrawals have been in queue for another 7 months.
Withdrawals were limited to $50, no longer offered bank transfers, and the only “quick” withdrawal was to a gambling site.
There has been no transparency of when rewards may be expected. Last I checked, there was a statement saying it may take 10-14 days, and every time I have asked customer support, they only offer vague answers.
I haven’t played through the app because payments were not going through, and I would check on it occasionally to see if they had.
Then, my remaining balance of over $1000 was forfeited for inactivity.
What was once a functional app, has become a scam.

First payout was super easy, for $1 which arrived immediately. Cash out options have not been available since so I am skeptical to keeping earning.

Scam. Save yourself time. You will never get your payout. They were great in the past but over the last year, they have fallen apart. Waiting 3 months now a simple payout to PayPal. Their customer support is a joke as well. Use Swagbucks instead.
