Bennet Orlando Avis 

This is really a follow-up on my August review which the company promised to rectify. I will continue to let people know about my experience so that they can avoid having the same unfortunate situation.
My daughter purchased some items from Bennet Orlando and asked me to mail the items back to China. She was given several options and was quite happy with the responses from them however she really didn’t like the quality and fit of the products. I mailed the products by USPS on June 25, 2026 and they arrived in China on July 1st and cleared their customs on July 7th. We waited 2 weeks to allow them to process the refund. When we didn’t hear from them, went to the USPS office to inquire about the package and was informed that it has been delivered. From this point on, Bennet Orlando has been non-responsive to all requests from my daughter about her refund. They have completely shut us out. They have the returned items and have kept the money!!! This is criminal and there should have a law to protect consumers from this type of theft and scam!!!

Do not waste your money on Bennet Orlando. I recently purchased several items from their site, and when the package arrived, the products looked nothing like the photos. The quality was extraordinarily cheap and poorly made.
When I reached out via email, they initially responded quickly, offering a few options to either keep the merchandise for a small credit or return it. I chose to return everything. Despite claiming on their website that they operate out of a U.S. warehouse, they required me to ship the items back to China out of my own pocket, which cost a significant amount of money.
It has now been months since tracking confirmed the return was delivered back to their facility in China, and I have yet to receive my refund. They have completely cut off communication:
Email: Multiple follow-up messages have gone entirely ignored.
Phone: Calling their listed customer service number leads straight to an automated recording every single time, making it impossible to speak to a real person.
This company is dishonest about its location, sells low-quality products, and keeps your money even after you return the goods. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

A clearly fraudulent company. I purchased a dress and boots which amounted to be around $150.00. When the items arrived after sometime, the quality of both items was incredibly poor - worst than that of Shein or Temu. I emailed them to see how I can get a refund and received a prompt response from Linda Bennet. She gave me a few options on how to get a refund. Either I could ship the items back to China (which I would have to pay out of pocket) or I could keep the items and get store credit. Since the quality of the items was so poor, I opted for a full refund. I paid a significant amount to get the items shipped to China. After verifying with the post office that the items had been delivered, I waited about two weeks to reach out to them since I had not received my refund. I have tried contacting them several times and have received no response and no refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Please do NOT buy anything from this fraudulent "retailer". This company uses sweatshops in China to haphazardly turnout very cheap garments that are literally unwearable. I bought 3 'dresses' and received confirmation w/ no shipping details. After 3 weeks they finally arrived stuffed like rags into a small plastic bag. The first dress was not a dress "Solange" is actually an apron. The second dress "Severine" was comical...one arm hole measures 7.5 inches, the other measures 11.5 inches and the whole bodice is a complete mess. The last one "Ginevra" has strings of material that are one pull from dismantling the top from bottom, and the bodice is completely oversized despite description. The company's resolution involves either 20% refund (on $168.93 purchase), or 75% store credit...to order what, more junk? Or send the items back to China at my own cost and they'll think about refunding my money. I have filed complaints with Shopify, the Federal Trade Commission, the International Cyber Crime division of the FTC, and I will continue to post this review everywhere. Please do not enable this company to continue to operate by taking advantage of consumers. I'm a pretty informed person and I am shocked I got taken by this false front of a "retailer". They operate out of the Netherlands, sweatshops in China and a warehouse in FL...there is no storefront. Run away and go shop somewhere reputable, please!!!!

Quality of clothing is poor and picture online doesn't accurately represent what you receive. Return policy is not transparent on website. Once you initiate a return you are given three options. 1. Pay to ship your items back to China (usually more than the cost if your items). 2. Get a 20% refund and keep the clothes you'll never wear. 3. Get a 75% store credit. I will say customer service responded promptly so that's positive. However, it feels like a scam overall. I don't recommend ordering from this shop!

Buyer BEWARE! If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The product comes from China and looks like cheap vinyl vs the leather in the photos online. I would compare it to something you would get at a pop-up Halloween store for a quick costume. When I researched how to initiate a return, which was not easy to find, I emailed and it took several days and a second request to get a response. This is was the response:

I won't recommend their product. It was frustrating! Not even close to the photos on their website. I am dissappointed how it was made and the packaging and when I checked it was made in China! When I am asking to return the item and get a refund they said I will handle the shipping fee and the custom fee!!! If I could only upload the photo here I would do so. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT ON THIS WEBSITE!!!

This is a scam Chinese company. The product was not as described and is junk. I ordered a chambray shirt and recieved a poly shirt of the lowest quality. It was drop shipped directly from China. Even though they falsely advertised what the product is, you must pay return shipping and customs to China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not purchase from this company!

*The pants I ordered were listed as %100 Linen when they arrived the tag indicates %100 Cotton.

*The construction was shabby and the fit was way too big for a size small.

*Customer Service is a recording saying they are busy!!!

*There e-mail address is bogus.

The package arrived very quickly, well within the stated delivery time. Great!

I received my package today. It’s very good quality and nicely packaged.

My package was a day late. I called them and immediately spoke to someone who told me there had been a slight delay. As a gesture of goodwill i received a discount code. Great service

My package arrived exactly on the specified day. Im very happy with the product and will definitely order again.
