Excellent service
I contacted Bentley's with some questions about 4 chairs that I was interested in. The phone was answered promptly, I spoke to a 'human' who was very helpful, and decided to go ahead with the purchase. I had another query later that day, and once again was met with a swift response and great customer care. The chairs were delivered within 5 days and are beautiful. This is a company that cares about their products and the service supplied. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Ordered a king size wooden bed. The price was much better than other retailers and also included free delivery. The delivery company contacted me promptly and I received the bed within 5 days of ordering. The bed is of good quality and very easy to put together. No problems so a happy customer.

Great customer service. They sent me sample fabrics so I could colour match my new dining chairs and then when I was ready to order the online site was easy to use. The delivery time was great, and delivery team were careful and on time

Great sideboard very well made
Great sideboard very well made, and was well packed, nice little extra in the different shade handles for a change if you want. The guys who did the delivery where good at bringing in to where we wanted it.

Just an order for a spare part
Only wanted a spare part. Easy to order and you can also request an email to let you know when it's in stock, as I did.
Would have given 5/5 but they sent the wrong part. However they redeemed themselves with excellent customer service and immediate despatch of thd correct part.

Bentley were really helpful
Bentley were really helpful. I contacted them regarding a discontinued item and they had just had one returned in the outlet store and told me that it was about to become available. I purchased it and it had a few scratches as described but none of it was visible and we had it at great value. Delivered as described and on time. Thank you

Professional and caring company
We visited the company offices thinking it was a showroom, only to discover it was for trade only. However we were lucky enough to speak to Nick, who was happy to show us around the trade showrooms and provide us with samples etc. He then answered all our follow up questions, and ensured that our purchase and delivery went smoothly. We are delighted with the dining furniture we purchased, as well as the assembly service provided. All in all a kind, professional and thoughtful service by Nick resulted in very satisfied customers.
