I will use them again however I had a rocky experience with bepta travel but at the end it was worth it booking my holiday & flight with the company. I think they could improve their service by keeping their clients updated regardless the situation. I got a refund of my money back and I trust them.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND OR FLIGHT TICKET AND SHE STOPPED PICKING MY CALLS OR RESPONDED TO ANY TEXTS. IT'S BEEN 9 MONTHS.

Public should be carefull of BEPTA, thousands of pounds taken from public for tickets, no tickets issued and no refunds!!! General public should be carefull....Caveat Emptor!!!

It’s has been 7 months since Bepta travel and Benita have had my money when I was never issued a flight. All I’ve asked numerous times is for my refund but still nothing. The positive reviews are fake and from herself. Do not book with Bepta !

I had a good experience using BEPTA Travel services. I was abit skeptical at 1st using them. But blessing the director ensured everything went well for my trip. I will use them again in the near future.

A bit of a rocky start to begin with, but soon rectified. Tickets weren't available after making payment, however a full refund was jssued immediately, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent communication. Will definitely use again

My trip to Turkey from Nigeria was great and smooth it was a holiday package. I’m very skeptical about booking with agents but I would use BEPTA travel agent again.

BEPTA travel has really baffled us..we booked with them for our trip to Pakistan and we were very worried based on the reviews we saw online. But we took the risk to go ahead with the booking and everything was perfect. Good luck guys.

I am very upset with the service I received from this company. The lady was very unhelpful in helping me with my flights after I paid for them. She made it seem like I had done something wrong and has kept my money. I have been pleading to get it back. She has caused me distress and she should be shut down.

I don’t even want to give a 1 star. The worst agent ever, this is not legit this is a SCAM. Blessing is a SCAMMER where she tells you she will book your flights and take your money then nothing will be booked!! She is unhelpful and rude. THIS IS A SCAM!! Please save yourselves. Instead of booking your tickets she TAKES your money and you do not receive any tickets or help after that!!!!

If I could give this horrible company a 0 star I would. Never gave the travel ticket but still took my money. All this time I have been waiting for a refund and she magically has stopped responding. She has ruined people's lives and this is totally unacceptable. May her business go down in flames. Absolute thief. She's probably living a luxury life with the money she has stolen from other people.

Don't let these good reviews fool you! This girl will take your money so quick but doesn't keep the same energy when its time to refund your money back! DO NOT give your money to this girl, she will ruin your holiday and probably put you off flying altogether! Tbh she’s probably spent all of the money at Christmas.

I had a great a experience with BEPTA Travel. The company is going through challenging times but they still had the courage to ensure my planned trip good. I believe communication will get better as she explained to me and I give her the chance and she delivered. She still managed to help me with my trip and made sure it was smoothest trip and everything was in place

Blessing was very helpful and did all she can to ensure I have a smooth trip in and out. Calm and good attitude for customers and very assuring. I strongly recommend this company

Bepta Travel & Tours has caused me so much stress and inconvenience. Blessing has promised me for my tickets and up to date she hasn't issued them. I have already paid all of the fees and she's not able to send me any receipts or confirmation that I have paid. I have concluded that she has scammed me and I am trying everything to get in contact with her to get my money or my ticket. I strongly urge you to not use her services.

Never using your services again!! Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Doesn’t do as promised and keeps people in the dark.
