I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH LOOK BEST FARES NO GOOD COMMUNICATION CHANGED MY FLIGHT FROM MORNING TO EVENING WITH LONG WAIT TIME NOT ACCPTABLE RUDE STAFF , STAFF WILL SAY WE WILL CALL YOU BACK THEY NEVER CALL BACK KEEP THE CUSTOMER WAITING , I WOULD NOT RECOMEND BOOKING WITH THEM THE SHITEST TRAVEL AGENT .

Absolute scammers. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I booked a flight to get to my sister in hospital in Hong Kong to then be told that I’d need pay double the price and won’t get confirmation of the flight until days before the flight so I decided to pay an additional £100 to cancel and offered a full refund which 6 months on and plenty of irate phone calls I still haven’t seen so I’m £600 out of pocket. Absolutely devastated and can’t find a company to help me challenge them. Don’t touch this awful scam company.

I really wish I did not book some flights to Australia with this company.
You book flights thinking all good and then you are told they are not available and you end up paying more.
Really poor customer service, worst I have ever experienced.
Avoid this company, do not be tempted by quoted lower price at the start.

I had same bad experience the same with previous victims I booked LHR-MNL for 274 GDP through Air China, after two hours the travel agent staff called me that my booking was not successful and if I want to travel that date I need to add 200 pounds which I refused. And he threatened me for non-refundable payment. Let's see I'm going to complaint them to different agencies to stop them from scamming people. After few days of fighting they returned my funds without any deductions. This staff are from corrupt country known for cybercrime so never surrender with the fight. And never book from the same platform.

It's a dodge website,they saw totalaly fake advertising.i had (whole family)experience last July 2024 even they not book connecting flight.Once you paid money they are threatening you for deduction your money and by forcing you have to book different flights.

This place is totally a scam! They sell you fake ticket prices and trade your email amongst other booking sites. On the same phone number we were told to approve a payment from another company that they claimed was there’s, after giving them the money a dummy ticket was sent with no confirmation! When we called look best fare they claimed that the transaction was never taken from them. Honestly the worst company ever total scammers!!

Thanks to reading the helpful reviews I cancelled my payment via my bank. I called them and should have known they were moody. I just got a random asian man stating he was 'reservations' and no effort to help me. DO NOT use .......

If you want to lose your money and peace of mind then go ahead and buy tickets from these people. Nasty con artists.
First, they will say everything ok then come up with all the excuses in the world, they won't respond to calls once you have paid the deposit, you have to chase for your ticket. They sold me a flexible ticket but when I tried to change the return date they asked me for full price. They tried to remove my comment but thank you Trustpilot for holding my comment and helping others. Also, I paid the money via Travel-hut.co.uk looks like all are the same con artists.

It is a fraudulent sort of business model. They take money for tickets they have not secured. I cannot believe they are allowed to trade and that TravelHut legitimises their dreadful business.

SCAM COMPANY. They offer flights that look cheaper than on other websites but don't let you know about the restrictions until you've made a purchase. I bought expensive long haul tickets and after purchasing I got a call to say it was a 'promotional' fare and there was no option of adding checked luggage. Firstly, who travels to the other side of the world without checked luggage and secondly this was a lie as I rang the airline direct and they said they don't do these types of fares. Person on the phone tried to make me upgrade to different flights which were way more expensive, I refused and was told I needed to pay £400 to get a refund for my tickets, when the flight had not even yet been ticketed and I was still within 24hrs of purchasing the flights. They didn't issue me the full refund until I got my bank involved through the dispute line. Thankfully I got all my money back including the refund charge but only after several months of stress and effort. unbelievable how they just keep getting away with it, based on other similar reviews, I imagine lots of people have lost lots of money to these scammers.

After a long anxious wait, today 31/05/2024, I have received my ticket. However the experience is not the best and I would not wish anyone to go through what I went through. I will stress the point that the money you see on their website is not correct. As soon you make the first payment, they turn around to say that you don't have luggage etc. But I have got my ticket and just getting ready to travel.
