very good
purchased 2 kitchen wall shelves. the product was very sturdy but i had to return due to my wall size. i spoke to customer services advisor james and he was lovely in trying to find a solution. in the end i asked for a refund as my kitchen is small and i had no space. and he swiftly processed this. thank you

The description on the website said Engineered Oak Coffee table. When it arrived it was not engineered oak, it was particle board with a veneer. This is clearly a breach of the Trades Description Act.

I ordered a duvet cover set, but when it arrived it was not usable the pillow cases where square and the material very thin, I asked to return the set, and had full and quick communication from the customer service team , they where extremely helpful, I have ordered from this company before and been very happy with my order.

I have had 2 payments taken out of my account. I asked to send the item back with no joy. They offered me the item half price. And I’m still waiting for the refund off the item. I also haven’t received the over payment they took out of my account. I will be taking this further if nothing is resolved. I have never experienced anything like this from a company.

Great beds
At first I was a little apprehensive as there are many bed bases online from unknown sellers. However, I purchased the black velvet single bed bases from Berkfield (via Debhanams website) and was really impressed with the quality and material. They complement the room beautifully and were the best value I could find compared to other places. The leg height was a little shorter than I would have preferred, but when I contacted customer service (email only), James went above and beyond to help and offered a partial refund. Very happy overall!
