Had our 5 yearly electric safety check today. Had a lovely guy called Mike/489714, extremely polite, cheery, friendly, very helpful & even fixed the light in my daughters bedroom (something that should have been easily spotted before) Great service & a great Sparky, thanks Mike.

I had a very lovely chap called jack -J41415 visit my home yesterday to do my electric checks. Was very pleasant and very efficient even with my curious kitties following him around. Explained everything that I asked and was very polite. Good job done by Jack. Thank you.

Very quick and efficient, did what he came to do and got along with the job. Friendly and polite too. Respectful to the house and kept clean and tidy. Overall, a good experience.

Didn't know they were coming here today. I've got throat cancer and situations mean I can't make plans with nhs strikes etc. The last thing I need is not knowing, then waiting as no.1 70 mins +
Load of rubbish. 5 stars. No chance!! I had a card pushed through my door saying I missed an appointment. After over an hour from 6pm I'm still getting told I'm number 1 in the queue. It's now 7.35. just checked the website and it shuts at 5. It still keeps telling me to hold. To st the least , I'm not happy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

J42157- Jack was brilliant gave us a call to say he was on the way to check all electrics in our home, showed ID wore blastic covers on his feet, there was no mess whatsoever, he very kindly took down an old ceiling fan and replaced it with a new light fitting, couldn't of asked for a more polite guy, he did an all round brilliant job 👏
