The staff were professional and offered useful feedback that helped us improve. While the service was decent overall, there’s room for improvement in order to truly stand out. A solid experience, but not exceptional.

We wanted to get our tender application right....from our initial contact with Alister, which was brilliant and informative (he knows his stuff). With a few teams calls and amazing help from Eleanor we absolutely smashed it....she was organised, well planned, kept us updated at each step.
