Bad customer service
I have been Air IT for many years and only switched because I got a better deal when I had to swap to Wi-Fi phones.
When I left, it became clear that Air IT had taken a direct debit for a month of live rental in advance.
I have spoken to many people 3 weeks before I left the company because I had a lot of trouble with my phone line and actually had no phone in my Business for three weeks before I left.
I was never compensated for that, they just blamed BT for the problem.
I was still in conversations with them about the phone line after I had left the company and It was agreed that they should never have taken my payment for the line rental and we’re looking into compensation for my lack of phone service.
I have written four emails, had to leave several verbal messages as you can’t actually speak to anyone in the accounts regarding payments, and have received no response whatsoever.
They’re all very sorry when you speak to them, but actually nobody does anything and I still wait for my refund.

Efficient, swift, polite resolution from Euan
Euan (Garden) was helpful, patient (!), knowledgeable and very courteous. Helped me with power, sleep and hibernate settings which were probably beyond my permission levels. Efficient and swift resolution.

Beware when you leave - they maintain control of your computers!
Beware when you leave - they maintain control of your software! The service was good while we used them, but now that we are out of contract, they won't turn control of our Office 365 back over to us, so our business is essentially defunct as we cannot use our email anymore. Not responding to requests for help, either. This is a last ditch effort to get some response from them - just be aware that you have to stay with them forever, because once you check in, you can never leave.

This was a difficult task making the Cisco Secure client work for a couple of users. Connor took time to analyse the problem and come up with a solution. Hew was still willing to help me after 3 hours working on this task.
