Stress causing, unreliable, incompetent.
My mother had been dealing with Christine for a small legal matter of transference of name on property deeds from her ex husband. Christine is unreliable (we are not convinced her phone even works) cannot be reached when phoned and when she is forced to return contact, she is rude. There is complete incompetence at knowing case details, with the wrong use of names on documents, not remembering details and even the honest “well I’m not looking at your file at the moment” when she had returned my mothers call. None of the process has been explained with no comprehension for what is happening for my mum - including papers which have been sent which have been irrelevant and previously explained as being irrelevant to the case. The time between replies is ridiculous and using my mother as the liaison with her ex husband has been ridiculous. Absolutely disgraceful, no customer service or support.

I can’t thank Tizzy enough for all her help with the sale of my Dad’s house. The process has been stressful at times, but Tizzy has been incredibly helpful, understanding and kind throughout.
She was always quick to take action, kept things moving and responded promptly whenever I needed help or advice. I really appreciated her support and the reassurance she gave me during what was already a difficult time for our family.

Heed this warning
Heed this warning. AVOID BESPOKE LAW AT ALL COSTS.
On the homepage of their website it says “We are conveyancers that put you first” Moving home? We make the legal side effortlessly straightforward.
This is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever read. I chose this company to assist with buying my first house. I chose it as it had good reviews and it was local to me in Haywards Heath.
I have never experienced such incompetency and stress in my life. I was assigned a solicitor named Kirandeep. Communication was terrible. I had to chase and chase. Eventually my mortgage advisor had to help me as she had more experience with conveyancers.
At one stage I went through the paper work with a friend, as I was very new to the buying process. Luckily my friend was experienced in house purchasing. She noticed that there was so much paperwork missing. I had to bring this up with the company.
At the start of the process I gave information to one person (I think they were called Charlie) then all of a sudden they disappeared but hadn’t passed the info onto the person who took over.
On the date of exchange, Kirandeep suddenly needed more evidence as to where some gifted funds had come from, even tho she knew about the funds previously. There is so much more to say but I’ll put that in the formal complaint.
If you think you’re picking a nice local family run business you are not. They all work remotely. I went to the office to hand over some paperwork, and it just looked like an unprofessional call centre.
Please do yourself a favour, and pick any other company.

Would recommend and would use again
The initial quote was competitive and, most importantly, the final costs were similar. In my case, there were some extra charges incurred during the sale but nothing out of the ordinary and no hidden charges. Very communicative throughout the process and easy to get hold of. Just completed on our purchase using Bespoke Law Services. Have done several purchases over the years and have only once found a service which was as efficient as our assigned conveyencers, Lois & Claudia. I was informed every step of the way, had sensible advice given. Always got very prompt replies to my emails. The purchase took three months but would have been much faster if the vendor had completed his side quickly. The price was reasonable (middle band of quotes) and was definitely as described. Will use them again when our house sells.

I am currently using Bespoke they came highly recommended by someone at work who used them for a probate matter. I wish I could say the same. I got assigned a lawyer , who never contacted me , I rang up to find out she had left the day she was assigned to me. I got another lawyer who was holiday cover for two weeks so I was put on hold until they found someone. I then got a paralegal, two weeks later , who never contacted me or took my instructions until I chased . I am lucky if she replies to my emails when I need help . What should be a simple exchange is nearly into the second month and I am at a loss on what to do to complete. If you need probate help they are great , if conveyancing i wish you have a better experience than I have had so far

Sales team lied to make a sale…
Sales team before making initial deposit, agreed that all process will be able to do remotely (digitally) however after paying deposit assigned solicitor informed that won’t be possible. Refused to refund full deposit i paid and deducted part of money, didn’t compensate for misleading sale nor my time. Avoid to use it

We understand that, during your initial discussions with our New Business team, you believed that the entire conveyancing process could be completed remotely and electronically. Once the matter reached your conveyancer, it became apparent that this understanding extended to the execution of documents such as the Contract and TR1.
While much of our conveyancing process can indeed be completed remotely and digitally, there are circumstances where particular legal documents require a different method of execution. Your conveyancer explained that the Contract and TR1 would require wet signatures in this instance. As you were residing in Lithuania and did not wish to proceed on that basis, you decided to instruct an alternative firm.
We do, however, acknowledge that the distinction between a predominantly digital conveyancing service and every document being capable of electronic signature should have been made clearer at the outset. We understand why this caused frustration and will ensure the feedback is passed to the relevant team.
Regarding the refund, work and expenditure had already been incurred on your matter before your decision to transfer solicitors, including obtaining and reviewing title documentation. The only deduction made from your payment was £35 in respect of disbursements already incurred, despite the actual third-party costs being greater. The remaining balance was refunded, and copies of the title documents obtained were also provided for use by your new solicitors.
We are sorry that the initial misunderstanding meant we were ultimately unable to continue acting for you and appreciate the time you have taken to bring your experience to our attention.
Bespoke excellent use of electronic services
Bespoke make use of electronic services to progress the conveyance process, enabling documentation to signed or invoices to be paid during the complete process.
Communication is normally completed by email, ensuring a fast and smooth process.
My primary contact was Joe Hadden and Claudia, their speed of progress was achieved by use of email rather than a traditional method of sending letters. Simple things like showing on their email footer in advance when they were on holiday, all helps in the communication process. I will certainly be using Joe and Bespoke again and recommend them 100%
