NO REFUND NO CALLS - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BOOK
Best At Travel cancelled my April 2026 package holiday and told me my refund would take 8–10 weeks. I agreed to wait, but when that time passed, no refund arrived.
Since then, my emails have been ignored and customer services never answer the phone. I was eventually forced to do a credit card chargeback and nearly missed the chargeback deadline because of their delays and lack of communication.
Delays can happen, but making customers chase their own money while ignoring them is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
DO NOT BOOK WITH BEST AT TRAVEL! ZERO STARS!!

We were faced with an unprecedented volume of refund requests within a very short period of time. While we immediately put measures in place to process these as quickly as possible, the sheer number of refunds has caused some delays, but we have been striving to issue all refunds as expeditiously and efficiently quickly as possible under the very difficult circumstances.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to chase your money and nearly miss the chargeback deadline due to these issues. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are actively reviewing our refund procedures and communication channels to prevent similar situations in the future.
