Had a super king size bed delivered yesterday. So thrilled with the service, communication, and quality of the bed (it’s lovely). The gentleman who delivered it was very friendly and helpful. Would 💯 recommend 👍🏼

Lovely quality bed, a real bargain for the quality of the materials. Other brands we looked at were twice the price and no where near as nice. Really good communication on delivery today's too. Definitely would recommend.

The bed was packaged beautifully. The instructions were clear and it went together well; it seems of very good quality and looks lovely. One of the drawer runner wheels was not attached but Best-Beds sent out a new runner immediately. I have never had such polite and efficient customer service.

I would thoroughly recommend this bed company. The company communicated well about the delivery and even held on to it as we were waiting for a carpet to be fitted. The bed was amazingly well packaged when it arrived and well made. It took longer than the 30 minutes it said to put it together but we had worked that out before hand! The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
