Do not buy from this company my bed was delivered with a missing part the headboard was a different colour to the bedbase. Tried contacting them by phone which noone ever answers! And email they don't reply too either! Even drove to the address given no-one there under the British bed company! Absolutely disgusting! I now have a 700 quid bed that doesn't match or I can't sleep on!

Workmanship appalling, rips
In the fabric underneath the bed and staples not lined up with any care. Ordered a dark grey bed and it’s blue. Would have cost us more to replace as they insisted it was dark grey. Well
It’s not because we had to decorate the room with BLUE curtains and bedding to match the BLUE bed.

I purchased two matching beds from British Bed Co and the whole experience was flawless. Customer service exceptional, they always got back to me so quickly , delivery was prompt and the quality of beds is superior.
I m writing this review 4 months after enjoying sleeping . It still looks and feel great.

Stay well clear! Delivered the bed a week after ordering, to then be told the footboard was missing off the order so couldn’t put the bed up and had to wait, for then Tuesday to be notified by someone else that my footboard had been delivered there as she messaged my number because they attached all my details to the front of the order and has delivered that to her house instead so gave out all my details, for me to start putting up the bed lastnight before the footboard was due to arrive for me to find the split headboard has no holes for you to be able to put it together and be told you had to cut the holes in the material to do so what’s the point in ordering a split headboard if it’s not gonna be done properly for the customer to be able to put together? To find burn holes in the edges of the headboard at the top aswell. Way to may inconveniences, no apologies along the way either, very rubbish customer service, then told them to collect it all today instead of delivery footboard had it collect for the company to try and refund just a partial amount of my money so I’ve then had to get back in touch, to tell them to process all my refund not partial absolute shambles. Would never order again.

I ordered the Hugo luxury tall panelled bed, the delivery was quick, however on delivery the company had forgot the footboard of the bed, after calling the company several times nobody answered, I email the company and the headboard was sent the day after. Gorgeous bed and good quality.

Ordered a Bristol Bedframe, delivered only parts of it, there was an obvious rip in the headboard.

Queried and dealt with loads of questioning of the quality of my photos, then offered me £50 to keep it and said would deliver missing parts.

I confirmed it be cheaper to order new, including the £50 offered so keeping a damaged bed was not acceptable.

4 days later of back and forth and they confirmed a full refund and collection of partial and broken bed bits.

Order at your own peril.

I ordered a bed with headboard from this company, I have tried and tried to phone to ask for an exchange of the headboard but they are ignoring me ? No one answers their phones and when you leave a message they don’t call back . Very unhelpful
The bed came without assembly instructions for which they did respond with a you tube link but ignore every email or social media message re the headboard , I would like a reply so I can get this exchange processed asap ? Is Adam the only person working there

Placed my order 7 days ago, got an email to say order is processed and your tracking and delivery information will be sent. Not had anything..no reply to online chat, emails or phone calls. Will be raising a complaint with paypal for a refund

Still waiting on a reply nearly 3 days after my bed has been delivered to notify them it has come with a tear in headboard. No reply on numerous email address that I spoken to them on and no one answers the number stated for them. They were extremely quick to reply when I was making my sale but now I’ve paid radio silent! I’d appreciate a response!

I purchased a bed, wrong headboard was delivered. Took 10 days to exchange. The bed broke within a week. I asked to return, they said they would come for it yesterday. Didn’t turn up. I currently have a super king bed in pieces in my living room with 2 young children, it’s dangerous and inconvenient. I have rung all day yesterday and today. I have online chatted. I have emailed. I am being ignored.

Overall great experience. Bed is really great quality and looks great in the room. Only thing I would say is they require better tracking service. They should make it automated and smaller timed windows. Specified times for an extra cost is something I would definitely opt for if it was available as an option.

The single mattress we bought is good and feels well made for the price. It’s comfortable, firm, and it’s been supportive from the first night without any dips or issues so far.

Delivery was included in the price and arrived within a week, which was exactly as promised. The driver was friendly and kept us updated on arrival time.

Overall, it was a smooth experience from ordering to setup. No complaints, and I’d happily use them again.

I purchased a Balmoral King Size Divan bed back in August 2024. I was kept informed throughout the whole buying process and the delivery was very quick and free. The quality of the bed is very good and the price is really excellent compared to similar others on the market (price is even cheaper now than it was in 2024). There was an option to install the bed if I wanted, I'm quite handy so didn't need help. However I can understand how some people would find that service really useful. A year and a half on the bed is still brilliant, I had a minor niggle with a strut, I contacted customer support and they sorted it immediately without any fuss, very impressed. Overall I would thoroughly reccommend British Bed Co.

IN LOVE with our new bed. We ordered the Gemini Boucle Bed with gas lift ottoman storage. It is by far the best bed with have had. It is so sturdy and well built. Beautiful and just like the photos.

The only one issue we found were the instructions were not the most straight forward. We found watching videos online to be more helpful.

We have had our bed for over a year now and it still operates well (ottoman). The material is all in tact and it basically looks as it did when we first bought it. We are very pleased with the quality. The delivery was super quick and communication when buying it was great.

Windsor Haven Bed - easy to assemble and lovely bed. Only downside is that it didn't come with a baseboard for the ottoman so had to get that delivered later for an extra fee. Good communication with the team.

Very good ottoman bed. We bought size King, and came in perfect condition. Very happy with transaction and quick delivery. Highly recommended.
