I order two bong only one come I email you guy heap of time and no reply I’m very disappointed and would like someone to help me out editing... ending up fixing me up for the bongs seem like a good company

I ordered a glass product on Sunday and received it on Wednesday!! I live in a rural area so was particularly impressed with the delivery time. The product was packed in so much bubble wrap that it would have been impossible to break. The box was also bubble wrapped inside a bag labelled with several rows of tape displaying FRAGILE in large letters. Very impressive. The product itself is very nice and exactly as per the photo on the web page. They also threw in a packet of flavoured tobacco papers. Wow! I will be buying from this business again. Very pleased.

I was happy with the bong but spent 70 dollars on the surprise box and got 7 faulty lighters that seem to work about 20 seconds then the top melts..four have done this so far with the last one exploding..so I am currently looking for a new supplier for future Agung replacement parts..any recommendations?

Everything is perfect and haven’t had any problems but one thing I don’t like is that you have to pay through bank transfer which could seem sketchy to someone who hasn’t bought off there before. But I don’t like it because it’s just a bit of a hassle
