Habe ein Produkt gekauft und es funktioniert nicht. Gefühlt tausend Emails geschrieben und keine Antwort bekommen, nun sitzt man auf dem Mist und Geld ist auch weg😡

I ordered a product called Wrinkno that was "supposedly" a travel clothing steamer and spent almost $80. When I got it, I realized that it had come from China. I found that it had only one hole for the steam to come out and sometimes it just shot out water. The instructions in the box indicated that there was a "tray" to put it on while it warmed up & cooled down. No such thing was in the box. When I tried to return it, they asked for all kinds of documentation (which was fine) and then told me that they don't supply shipping labels. I would have to pay for shipping back to China and I should declare that it has a value of $5! They offered to send me a replacement, which I declined. Since shipping it back was going to cost as much as the item cost, I informed them that I would not be returning it. I have now just tossed it. It's not worth the cheap box it was shipped in!!! I feel that this is a scam.

This company is defo a scam. Wish I’d realised this before spending £1500 on a lawnmower that never appeared …

Payment made to what looked like a genuine company who match my credit card payee. Research company, found a number, telephoned them and they said they knew nothing about it and it was a scam......wanted me to send them more details.....if course I didn't. I can't believe they are still in line trading!!
No delivery confirmation. Phone number on the site is unobtainable.
Company taken money from my credit card.
No way to contact them. Tried to take more under another name.

18/09/24 I fear ive been scammed, ordered one ThermaRocket Heater @ £69.99 but the selection of ONE item jumped to THREE which means they've taken payment for three - I e-mailed them immediately requesting they correct but received a generic reply - the same with further e-mails and no one to speak with. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Paid for toilet roll offer I saw on YouTube and bank contacted me sending a text regarding suspected fraud on my account they tried to take another £109 from my account. Lucky the only got £8.90 and I will be claiming this back to!

Very poor quality mini heater purchased and like the previous review, you have to return it to Latvia via trackable post to get a refund! Yeah right. Useless.

Ordered a small heater, it didn't work! I went thru the proper channels to return it, then it got returned to me, unclaimed! I have tried several times thru the chat line, every time I asked about my refund the cat line would go blank and I would get No responce! I am out the $ it cost me for the heater and $$$ to send it back!

I brought a plug in heater of this website and it nearly caught my home on fire .it melted the plug socket .I sent it back as requested by the company, it costs me 14. Pounds to do this and they keep promising me a refund but as of two months later I still have not received a penny .absolutely rubbish business don’t buy

your parcel did not arrive your tracking number is invalid etc etc they are supposed to give me a refund they have used a lot of excuses will not take responsibility and excuse after excuse do not deal with them i bought the product from ausway then up pops best deals false advertising

I would rate a 0 if I could. This is definitely a scam. No returns for not right fit or now what they described. Bought ‘orthopedic’ tennis shoes - they were a total sham. Would not refund‼️‼️‼️‼️stay away from them!

Do not buy from this company, I bought a heated airer said it had been delivered on Boxing Day at 10.29pm !!!! Yeah right, they had no proof either no signature no pictures. Managed to get a chargeback at the bank. Emails were a joke too same info as if it was a robot. Avoid avoid avoid

If not avoid like the predators they are. Funnily though YouTube (the great bastion of morality) still allow their bogus adverts.

I purchased three amigo heaters for 187 quid, I plugged one in and it lasted about 20minutes. I got in touch about it and have heard nothing, all I get is: I will get a reply if it is the right email, I tried my emails but no reply. These products were,, engineered in America, made in China and distributed from Latvia and endorsed by your company, sounds suspect to me. Nothing has been done. I will not shop with bdt again or company's they endorse. Future customers beware. Yours p Turner.

This company must stop trading in UK. Must be investigated. This is a scam. They charge £69.00 for mini heater. Same item is available in UK market for less than £15.00
No Customer service. They ask me to return to Latvia by trackable delivery. This may cost another £35.00
But not suer I am going to get my credit or not.
