This company must stop trading in UK. Must be investigated. This is a scam. They charge £69.00 for mini heater. Same item is available in UK market for less than £15.00
No Customer service. They ask me to return to Latvia by trackable delivery. This may cost another £35.00
But not suer I am going to get my credit or not.
Do not buy anythings from this company

Ordered a pair of trainers from them over two months ago still have not received them..Customer Service no existent..Wish I had read the previous reviews..This company should be Investigated

Scammy company - do not buy

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I purchased 3 mini heaters, one blew up on it's first use with a massive bang and took out the power to the house. These products are dangerous, do not buy.

Customer services do not reply. I was in touch on 6/11/2023 with no reply and again on 17/11/2023 also with no reply. I would like a refund.

Ceramic heater besteld en waardeloos product ontvangen, reageren vervolgens op geen Enkel email verzoek om het product te retourneren.
Geen contact met deze firma te krijgen en geen mogelijkheid tot retourneren.
Trap hier aub niet in en bestel niets bij deze scammers.

Bought a computer cable which broke after four days. No reply from them when I emailed.

Total scam, took money for a product that didn't arrive , can't be tracked!!
Replied to say on way now ignoring every email

io non ho acquistato nulla, ma continuano a martellarmi con il super cofanetto Fabel Castell a 36,87 euro quando costa 1200 euro. Come è possibile che nessuno faccia niente! io non ci casco più perché ho avuto già due truffe: quella delle valige e dei mobiletti per riporre il cucito che imperano nelle pubblicità dei giochi. Il primo mi ha spedito un piccolo borsello con un'emoticon che ride sopra. Decine di mail e pretendeva che lo rispedissi a spese mie (valore 2/3 euro) e poi mi avrebbero rimborsato. Oppure accettare uno sconto, quando ,stremata ho detto: si rimborsatemi sapendo che non lo avrebbero fatto ....mai più sentiti.
I secondi mai ricevuto nulla e non ho nemmeno le mail per scrivere.

Produkt funktioniert nicht. Kundendienst reagiert nicht auf Mails. Keine Rücksendung möglich.

Das Portal wirkt wirklich unseriös und ist es sehr wahrscheinlich auch. Es gibt kein Impressum.

Allerdings habe ich darüber tatsächlich einen seriösen Deal bei eBay gefunden den ich sonst übersehen hätte.

They advise merchandise that doesn’t exist at very low prices!!to temp buyers, once you buy something you will never receive your goods.
If you enquire about it you will just get pre written emails with different excuses.

Freeze-Breeze desktop or floor fan small and inadequate. After using several minutes overheated. Sent back goods to Latvia (turns out nobody is there!) Scammers, do not buy from!

This company is a joke. The items they advertise aren't nothing like you get when you order. Very cheap made and materials. Definitely not worth the price. When I ask for a refund they keep giving me excuses like they will replace the item and nothing about a refund.

I ordered 2 items nearly a year ago and after many emails they keep lying to me and what i bought has not been delivered and regardless an evident incompetence they still refuse to refund me.. .when they cannot explain the reason they just stop answering..i advice everybody to keep away from this "company" which is a fraud

Heater met verkeerd voltage ontvangen. Na overleg via chat retour naar Latvia. Alle volgende mails met verzoek tot stornering gaven geen reactie.
NOOIT MET DIT BEDRIJF ZAKEN DOEN OF BESTELLEN. PURE OPLICHTING !!!

In nov 2022 besteld en geretourneerd. Laatste mail 8 maart 2023 waarop geen reactie.

Die Links zu den „Deals“ sind schlicht gelogen, die Vergünstigung ist bestenfalls ein Zehntel vom Versprochenen. Dümmlich, höflich ausgedrückt.

This site is fake site and keep a money am never send a products

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: I ordered a heater which didnot work and was not silent as specified. So I attempted to get a refund. At my own expense I returned the item to LATVIA. It has just returned to my doorstep. So I am left with a rubbish heater, a postage bill and no refund. I have emailed them 3 times. No response.
