DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
You probably won’t see this review until you’ve already spent over half an hour answering questions with no warning of a £40 payment for the answers, and are here trying to work out if it’s actually worth it. It isn’t. Maybe if there was ample warning of the cost I would’ve found out, but I definitely won't know because there wasn’t ANY warning of the cost, contrary to the website’s replies to reviews on this forum saying that there is. Therefore I have zero trust in this company as they are lying to people and clearly trying to scam them. It’s pathetic. I wonder how many people who can afford it fall for this scam and just pay for it anyway, having given so much of their time. Still, I’ve learnt a valuable lesson today (always check how much the test costs before you take the test), so thank you Enneagram Queen 🙏🙄

Firstly, I want to sincerely apologize to you Sam for any inconvenience or misunderstanding you may have experienced. At Enneagram Queen, our aim is to provide an honest and transparent service to our customers. We highly value your feedback and take your concerns seriously.
I would like to clarify that there is no advertised claim that the test is free. We have clearly mentioned on our home page that the final type result is available for free (you receive an email or SMS with type result), but for an in-depth and comprehensive report, there is a cost associated. This is to cover the costs of developing, maintaining, and improving the high-quality tests and reports we provide.
I understand your disappointment and I assure you that we are not trying to scam anyone. The charge is only for those who opt for an extended PDF version of the report, which goes above and beyond the free final type result.
That being said, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In order to rectify this situation, we would like to offer you the extended results free of charge. Please send us an email at enya.coach@enneagramtestqueen.com and I will personally ensure that you receive all extended results.
I appreciate your valuable lesson - it's always important to check the details before starting any online process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope this experience doesn't deter you from utilizing our services in the future.

No information about paying is…
No information about paying is displayed before beginning the test. I would never pay for a service with a company which operates like this.
And no, there is no "message displayed informing participants that they may need to pay for the results" as you write in other replies.

Thank you Marie for your feedback and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. We deeply value honesty and transparency, and we're sorry if the information regarding payment for test results seemed unclear.
On our homepage, we do have a statement about payment for the test results. However, we understand that this may not have been evident enough. We appreciate your feedback and we will work to make this information more prominent, so that future customers have all the information they need before starting the test.
We want to ensure you that it is not our intention to mislead anyone. We aim to provide a comprehensive enneagram test, and while detailed results do come at a cost, we always provide the basic enneagram type result free of charge if you leave an email after completing the test.
In light of your experience, we would like to provide you with the full results free of charge. Please send us an email at enya.coach@enneagramtestqueen.com and we will forward you all the detailed results of your test.
We truly appreciate your business and your feedback. Our aim is to deliver satisfaction to every one of our customers, and we're grateful for the opportunity to rectify this situation for you.
Didn’t mention anything about payment…
Didn’t mention anything about payment before wasting my time with 180 repetitive questions. I’m no closer to finding out this enneagram thing only that mine must include gullibility to go through all that without checking for the £40 bill at the end!

Thank you Arte for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns about your experience. We are sorry to hear that it was less than satisfactory.
I wanted to clarify that we do not advertise our test as free anywhere on our platform. Before beginning the test, a message is displayed informing participants that they may need to pay for the results. This is because additional processing is required to determine your actual personality type, which incurs a one-time fee.
We understand your frustration and the perceived feeling of being misled, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We continuously aim to enhance the transparency and honesty of our operations, and your feedback is instrumental in that process. I have already relayed your experience to our tech team for review, in order to make this process clearer for all users.
As you might be aware, most free personality tests out there may be statistically irrelevant, and mistyping can harm your understanding of your personality. Our aim is to provide a robust, accurate service, which often requires a small fee to maintain the high quality and accuracy of our results.
However, we truly care about your satisfaction and want to make this right for you. Please send us an email at enya.coach@enneagramtestqueen.com, and we will send you all products for free. Our main goal is to help you improve your life and make it stronger than ever!
Once again, we appreciate your feedback and patience, and we are always here to listen and improve.
Scammers
Scammers
After spending .45 minutes doing this test (including having to provide an email address at the beginning for future spamming) you end up at a paywall where you won't get your results until you pay $34.95. There is no mention of this at the beginning. Very poor form.

Thank you Nikki for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent experience on our site.
Firstly, we want to assure you that we operate with complete transparency and professionalism. Our primary goal is to provide valuable and helpful resources to our users.
Concerning the payment, it's important to note that we offer the initial Enneagram type identification for free, which is sent to the provided email address or phone number. The $34.95 fee is for a more comprehensive, detailed report which is an optional service and not mandatory to know your basic type.
We absolutely understand that it can be frustrating to encounter an unexpected cost, and we sincerely apologize if this was not clear. We are taking your feedback very seriously and will work on making the cost of the detailed report more explicit from the beginning.
As for refunds, we have a 90-day money-back guarantee. If any customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, we are always ready to refund their money within this period.
Finally, we are committed to our users' privacy and do not engage in unsolicited emailing or spamming. The email address collected is solely used for the purpose of delivering the test results and providing relevant information.

I have taken many personality tests
I have taken many personality tests, including free versions of the enneagram. Usually, I find it dificult to answer a lot of the questions decisively. However on this test, I felt confident in all my answers, as well as the result. I have never felt more confident in the results of a personality test than I do with this one. Definitely worth it if you've been as unsatisfied with others as I have.

Clarity and confidence to guide my future.
I've been reading about the Enneagram for years, and have even tried to figure out my Personality Type, but it was not until I did the on line assessment that my "type" and back up sub-types became very real and apparent to me. I am now working with real knowledge and discovering how I can live a more mindful life with integrity and confidence.
