Very Horrible Customer Service.

Deposited 200 USD at March 2024 for Yearly Server Bills. Now My credit is sowing zero in middle of year and they are emailing me invoices to pay bills.

Texting their support from last 72 hours. No Response, Nothing.

BLOODY SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Their VPS server fair but . Customer support is very bad which they need to improve, when you need their help it will take a week before you get reply.

Very bad customer service. Terminated my vps twice, mistakenly. Didn’t notice my payment. And then gave me new vps which is really confusing, old ip to access but on client dashboard using another ip. For new vps, no restart button at client area. Stay away from this company.

I got best VPS service with excellent customer support in affordable price too.

Very untrustworthy company. I have been trying to cancel this service now for 2 months. They continue to bill me.

I would avoid this company whatever you do. I have contacted them multiple times and they have said the services was canceled, yet I continue to be rebilled.

I do not like leaving bad reviews, but this experience has been very bad, and I would like to warn others to stay away from this company.

The customer service, live chat, are very fast response. This is exactly what we need if we find any difficulty in such broker. Thanks.

I do not recommend this server, especially if you are using scalping EAs. The only thing good about them are their prices. I noticed the VPS went down at a crucial moment just before rollover for over 25 minutes recently. This is completely unacceptable. When I brought it to their attention they took nearly 24 hours to reply saying I have to resend in my problem again. Their response (in short) is 'okay now it is working, so you've no issue!' Completely unacceptable.
