I do not recommend this server, especially if you are using scalping EAs. The only thing good about them are their prices. I noticed the VPS went down at a crucial moment just before rollover for over 25 minutes recently. This is completely unacceptable. When I brought it to their attention they took nearly 24 hours to reply saying I have to resend in my problem again. Their response (in short) is 'okay now it is working, so you've no issue!' Completely unacceptable.

Suddenly one day, the RDP connection did not work.
So I left a ticket to resolve the connection, but I destroyed the old server and gave me a new server.
Of course, the installed one has been initialized.
At first, I re-installed and used it, and I put up with it the second time.
However, the third time has already happened.
When a problem arises, it doesn't fix it, it just gives you a new server.
There is no backup function, and there is no menu for users to reboot.
I want to tell you never to use it here.

Been with lots of services for the last 6 years, but finally for the better hand with BestFxVPS. Very surprised to see some bad reviews hope that can be really solved by the strong tech support team of bestfxvps. I am with this company for the last 8 months and happy with the kind support service, even my VPS was stopped all of a sudden due to a major issue in the data center which I was informed about via support ticket but they are fast enough to answer me with the truth and gave me motivation and apologies in the same time. I was angry while I connected them in live chat but they came forward will all help they can do to save my running trades.

I really feel like a family with this company and very secure with the server I am in with optimal speed. I would like to thanks the company but my special thanks to the on the call support team as I called them once but they followed up in call many times unless I was happy with my server. Thanks!

Irresponsible guys, they cut VPS while EAs are working without any prior notification. Stay away!

Been with them for almost 3 months. Already 4 incidences were they had to reset my VPS without email or warning. The VPS seem to have issues during peak times. The last incidence was that they changed my VPS without warning. Their support is quick but mainly to get new unsuspected NEW customers to hit their sales goal. There Support phone number ( try it yourself) on their website don't work and is fake. Now I feel see these reviews are mostly fake and from their staff. Please be warned.

Very good VPS, runs smoothly...

Horrible, and a sneaky way of deceiving customers. They offer 4gb and 2 cores, and you can only used 4 MT4 terminals, which means 1 terminal per Giga...Yeah yeah yer right, and they will close all your terminals if you add more than 4 MT4 terminals (1 per giga).

But actually in reality, actually they are tricking you, as your CPU and Ram can easily run 8 MT4 terminals at 75% usage of the CPU and RAM... I did run 5 at 50% and they still closed all my Terminals (this is deceiving).... (And yes I have a fair knowledge about tech and automation, so no BestFxVps, you can not lie to me, whatever your excuse is, you can not lie to me).

Lucky that it was during the weekend, because the loses would be massive if it was during the week and I would miss a lot of tests of EAs from my three demo accounts, testing good EAs... I am definitely leaving this company once my membership expire... It's is really bad... Now I am back to use 4 terminals only just to keep my tests going, but I will lose a lot by closing one of my profitable EAs... but next year, bye bye...

Genuinely best service as per keeping customer on top priority. Been 7 months with bestfxvps and I know delay in review but trust me if you are a tader and use EAs then this is best place. I don't know why some people gave bad reviews and blaming the people with good reviews, might be a scammers on this platform also. Anyway excellent service, thank you.

Certainly, not seen a VPS with a performance like those accessible by BESTFXVPS. Subsequent I tried about 7 VPS providers I found the finest ever, topmost!

48 hours to provide a trial due to covid-19 they say, I understand that as they call me to apologize, I appreciate it. Product specifics: No SSL on customer login area. Same phone number as other selling vps domains with the same positive review users, dubious... Low performance KVM, No hyper-v as advertised.

Very happy with this provider. My VPS was up running within an hour. Good price for the diamond package too. I could run about 3 MT4 terminals most of the time. Two if you want to run smoothly. Reliable connection. I don't think I had connection issues either. Keep it up guys!
