My company just launch a new product and was looking for several services to help with awareness. I was looking for a web design company that was capable of building an e-commerce site with custom features, help with designing info-graph images, and social media marketing. One of the most important things that I was looking for was consistent communication. I've been working very closely with Tony on all of the task. He has been extremely pleasant to work with. There were a few challenges, but nothing that couldn't get worked out. The website looks fantastic, the images are outstanding, and with social media marketing began working within a few hours once a campaign had launch. The followers and likes start showing up really quickly somewhere around 20 - 50 per day.

Being that I work in IT, I understand when things don't go exactly as planned. There was nothing about my request that was cookie cutter. This is where you will see how customer service either shines or shows to be a disaster. Working with Tony has shown that he clearly understands the urgency for resolutions. There are still just a few task minor task that need to be addressed. Other than that, we've been good to go. And I absolutely can see this as a long term partnership. Would I recommend GEEKS ROOT's service? Absolutely. GEEKS ROOT is the 3rd company that I've used, and by far the best. They understood my request and the requirements. They understood my product. And they understood my budget. 



We have weekly status update call on progress, anything that needs addressing, and roadmap planning for 2024. Things have been moving in the right direction. Very please with my decision to use GEEKS ROOT.

Had this company build a website for my business. I turned out to be what I wanted, but took 4 months to build. I signed up for them to host, and Ive had nothing but issues. The site is down everyday and it takes days or weeeks to get it back up. I talk with them and its the same story everytime...were sorry. but my site is still down. AVOID this company

I am super excited to start using my website. Amanda and Sam were extremely patient with me and worked with me continuously to ensure my website turned out the way I wanted it to.
