Shipping was prompt and customer service is very good. Any damaged or missing parts were quickly replaced. Instructions for the KD cabinets are not so good. Knowledge seems to vary a bit from person to person based on my experience. In my case I purchased the Euro style and had questions in regards to hardware adjustments and toe kick installation.

I was so excited to order my kitchen cabinets, little did i know it would turn into a disaster. I order and paid for everything only to receive an email stating they were out of stock on half if my kitchen cabinets. How can your inventory be that messed up???? Now the company wants me to pay more and purchase a higher priced cabinet and side panels. Yes they did offer me a discount but still was $500 more. Never have I ordered from a company that was out of stock and just didn't upgrade for free. Also not to mention the cabinets they wanted me to upgrade to they still were out of stock for a month on one cabinet. After multiple emails and talking to Anthony and another customer service we got no where. We asked to speak to a supervisor and just got a run around. Finally we just got a refund and ordered from a different company. BOC kept telling me the warehouse is out of their control. which is the stupidest thing I've ever been told from a supplier. I'm sure they will have an amazing response to what happened with our experience, but just know that not all of us giving bad reviews can be wrong on our experiences. Save yourself the headache and order from a different company. BTW my cabinets I ordered came put together for not much more and better quality, so do your research before you buy.

Everything was as expected and schedules were met on time.

Damaged goods policies need to be reviewed. I had to buy a new cabinet door that was damaged in shipping and we didnt notice until after install in the light.

I spent about $6000 on their European kitchen cabs. I don't think they have ever done a set of these. They had no idea what the assembly specs were. All the cabinet edges are done in silver which looks terrible against the black thermofoil doors and drawer fronts. This is especially bad on the corner wall cab. They sent a base cabinet instead of a sink base and insist that they are the same. This is false. There was no way to attach false drawer fronts and cabinet supports run horizontally so they need to be cut to clear a sink significantly weakening the structure. I had problems with nearly every single cabinet they supplied. Their customer support knows nothing about their products. Shop elsewhere this is probably the worst " manufacturer" I have ever dealt with. These cabs were made in China.

I order assembled Malibu White Shaker and Alden Grey Shaker cabinets for my kitchen and island. I chose to do all the ordering myself from measurements to decorative doors, crown molding etc. I had a very large order so took a minute to ship but that should be expected! The doors/drawers needed adjustment due to shipping, this is NO fault of the company. The delivery company and person was less than desirable but this is something the company cannot control. The cabinets are beautiful, very well made (I did a lot of research on cabinets at Home Depot, Lowes, etc with a ton of on line companies) These cabinets (if you read about them) are excellent quality. I'm giving BOC a 5 star rating first and foremost because of their Customer Service. They truly put a new meaning into customer service!!!! An error in my order but no questions asked and they are shipping it. Very quick responses to my emails and always their to answer their phones. I cannot say enough about this company.

The cabinets look great, and were pretty easy to assemble. Had a little confusion on which way the drawer covers went on, but figured it out. I had ordered a long white board to cover the side of my tall utility cabinets and it was cracked when it arrived. That being said not the manufacturers problem. Good cabinets for a great price.

My Experience with Best Online Cabinets was great. Customer service was best from helping with ordering, ways to save me money and even catching some mistakes when I was ordering. Cabinet quality was really good compared to other brands I shopped. My overall experience was excellent !

Ed, Anthony, RB and everyone I worked with were incredibly helpful. The designers worked with me through many, many changes and last minute questions, always with a wonderful attitude, over almost 2 months, and gave great advice about style choices and layout. The quality of the cabinets is very high, both construction and finish, and my contractor likes them so much he is recommending them to other customers. The sample doors are a great way to know exactly what you're getting and I definitely recommend buying several, it's worth it and they refund the price when you order cabinets. I got a high end look at a very reasonable price with excellent design support at no charge - these guys are awesome.

I waited a year to post. You get what you pay for. We bought a white shaker style and the paint chips off terribly. Soft close stopped working a few weeks in on some. If you get any kind of oil on it it does NOT come off even a thumbprint. I get to look forward to terribly chipped cabinets over the next 5+ years. We were hoping to up the value of the home, this lowered it. Cheaper upfront but would not go this route ever again. Gave three stars for customer service, not the product, I’d give 1 or 2 to product but the customer service is good.

The good:

Love the quality of the cabinets. Client loves the quality of the cabinets. Putting them together was relatively easy and they are very secure.

Incredible price for flat shipped cabinets.

The bad:

They took almost three times the maximum range I was given (they tell you 2-3 days to be shipped and then 2-4 days to arrive on site, for example) to arrive as I was told when ordering. It was after Black Friday, so the delay is understandable, though the person telling me the shipping times should have known this. On another project this could have been INCREDIBLY bad.

There was some fairly severe damage to the pallet they came on and some of the cabinets were damaged. Thankfully, all damaged areas were able to be hidden by orienting the damaged parts away from the interior of the cabinets. On another project this could have been a lot worse.

The veneer on the outside of the cabinets is incredibly thin and splinters away from the plywood easily.

Cabinets look great! They were easy to assemble and install. The customer service was excellent! We had a few questions that they happily helped us with and even worked with us when one of our items went out of stock. I would happily do business with them again.

Always happy with the online/email service provided. Prompt responses and very helpful with links to the products needed.

We are building our retirement home. I have checked with several local cabinet makers, along with two cabinet makers out of state...I'm a shopper, looking for the BEST price and BEST quality for everything that I buy. I found Best On-line Cabinets, called and spoke with Anthony, asked him all sorts of questions. I'm always skeptical about buying any product that I haven't seen in person. Their prices were amazing. Lowe's wanted $18,000 for kitchen cabinets, others wanted $12,000 that was the lowest price I received. I ordered two sample doors, loved the colors. Irby did an amazing design for the kitchen. He was very patient with me, changing the design a few times. Once we had a design that was perfect, I placed my order. My entire kitchen from Best On-line Cabinets was $5700 that included pull out drawers, spice cabinets, even trash can pull out, which none of the other companies offered me. We liked that the cabinets were made with 5/8" plywood, even Lowe's and Home Depot cabinets were 1/2". The cabinets were easy to put together, if I had any questions I'd call Anthony who was very helpful. I can not say enough good things about Best On-Line Cabinets. We are very satisfied with the entire process, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cabinets. Quality cabinets and the BEST prices!

Order got lost to begin with so after waiting six weeks had to call and see what happened. When they did arrive some damage with trim pcs, also one cabinet corner and one side damaged. Total confusion on the type of cabinets I ordered. The backs are not structrual plywood like the sides are. Came with no top plate to attach countertop.

You need to use glue to put these together or they will work their way loose....realized that after putting the first one together.

BEWARE: I’m not saying don’t place your order with BOC but my experience has been far from great!!

I read reviews and compared pricing/quality to other RTA cabinet companies. I settled on BOC because I loved the Fresno Gray color and the box specifications (plywood frame and etc.). I placed my initial order on 11/27/19 (almost $6k). Knowing it was a holiday and they would be out of office until 12/2/19; my order shipped on 12/5/19. The estimated delivery date posted on the Road Runner website was 12/13/19. However, they couldn’t deliver on that date. My cabinets were delivered on 12/20. I had five days to inspect ALL cabinets. One (1) cabinet was completely damaged, another did not assemble correctly, the trash bin accessory that I ordered with my cabinet did not fit, and some pieces were scratched and dented. I emailed BOC on 12/25 as instructed and sent pictures. They had to reach out to another department regarding the trash bin (took some going back and forth). On 12/30, they realized they sent the wrong trash bin. I opted to just use the markup pen for the scratched cabinets and the putty for the dented cabinets because I was on a time frame. In the meantime, I needed more slide out drawer accessories; I placed the order on 12/31/19.I was offered to select combined shipping so the slide out drawers can ship with the cabinets. I informed BOC that I was on a time crunch as my counter tops were being measured on 1/17/20. After 12/31/19 I heard nothing until 1/7/20. I reached out to them to check the status. They advised they had the replacements but were waiting for the trash bins to come in. I asked to ship without the trash bin, they said it will be shipped ASAP and I would receive a shipping confirmation. On 1/10/20, I emailed them back because I did not receive a shipping confirmation. I asked them to refund me for the trash bin and drawer pullout accessories (they did not have the Fresno Gray in stock) and just send the replacements. They replied (via email) and said that wouldn’t be a problem. They went on to explain the influx of orders during the holiday season. As of 1/16/20, replacements still have not been sent nor has my refund been processed!! I called and spoke with Anthony who advised the replacements are in the warehouse and will be sent either today or tomorrow. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!!!!

Quality: Quality was okay - I like the plywood frame but the color of the inside is different from the face frame. Which isn’t that big of a deal except for the ones that are on the ends. I will have to see if Home Depot can color match the door so I can paint the cabinet ends or I will have to purchase (which I do not want to do) finished door ends. For $6k, I would have hoped the entire cabinet would be the same color. I also noticed the cabinets scratch easily.

Service: I don’t have much to say…..they politely and professionally answered my calls and emails but they did not live up to their word. I understand the influx of orders because of the holidays but communicate that on your website or via email; especially when you are ordering thousands of dollars worth of goods. For example: Due to the influx of orders during the holiday season, all shipments will be delayed.

I AM HIGHLY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Placed a considerably large order for RTA Fresno Gray cabinets. Order was processed flawlessly, shipped quickly and arrived with only one damaged panel out of 64 boxes / 2 pallets.. The damage was corrected promptly. Cabinets are assembled, installed and look and function great. I couldn't be happier. Great company, great product and great pricing. Thanks.
