Contacted liver chat-was on for around 20 minutes disclosing all details and they cannot locate my account, said they could not help me and cut me off.
I have a wedge of funds in there and cannot access it. I will be taking this further as no assistance has been given despite numerous attempts...!

I’m leaving this review to make other customers aware of my experience following Betable’s cybersecurity incident.
On 9 June 2026, I was notified that unauthorised access had occurred and that my personal information may have been affected, including my name, email address, home address, mobile number and date of birth.
After requesting further information, I was later told that the affected environment also included data such as transaction history, admin notes, eKYC results, PEP and sanctions results, CCJ data and credit score information.
Betable has stated that payment card details, bank account information, passwords and customer funds were not accessed, and that they have found no evidence of misuse or successful exfiltration.
My concern is the uncertainty around the scope of the incident and the lack of detail provided about how long access occurred. Since being notified, I have experienced a significant increase in suspicious calls and messages and have reported my concerns to the ICO.
I would encourage customers to stay vigilant and ask questions about how their data has been handled.
UPDATE 13/07/2026: You've asked me to contact you directly to 'review my individual case', but when I did, your team dismissed me and told me 'no harm was done.' Meanwhile, I am receiving 4–5 harassing scam calls and identity fraud texts, eg, texts with my banking account number, also texts with my full email address added on, every single day using the exact personal details leaked in your breach. Police Scotland and the ICO have the full daily evidence logs. Don't use a copy-paste PR reply to downplay real-world criminal harassment

So. I'm new to these guys. I've played two games big bass and gold cash. I Shan't even attempt to discuss gold cash other than disgusting. An absolute sham. Hundreds and hundreds taken. If youve ever been on a machine, got to the jackpot (gold spins) and won ZERO then welcome. I not only got zero once, but actually twice. Disgrace. As for bet 442. Instant deposit. Significantly longer withdrawal. Their website is hopeless. If you're playing and youre down and deposit more money after depositing you can't get back to your game without reloading. My view is it then resets. Last night playing Gold cash amazingly it kept crashing. It would then reset. So no chance of getting your winnings. Today. I counted £120 deposited. I got the big bass feature twice from 49 potential chances. So approx a 4% hit rate. Wait for it, this super feature that put me through to round two on both occasions with extra spins and extra fish... I won £8 and £12. It then calls these 'big wins'. It's a total sham. So. Login and then try their safer gambling section. There is one. But no links of course. You can't limit or restrict at all. Try their 'chat'. I did it didn't work. You can't call them. I'm still after emailing attempting to close my account. They're shady. Losing is fine, this feels like theft. Avoid

I really didn't want want to post this and give the company a chance but I recently joined and deposit fine . Won/ lost bets . And for some reason which hasn't been explained to me 4x bets placed and settled as won on the 24th June still hasn't been. Paid. ( total of £350 )
Contacted customer service 12 times , 12 TIMES and still asking me to wait. Now 5 days later. Its shocking from a licenced bookmaker in the UK. Still waiting for my winnings to be credited.

1. After their 1 week where no-one could access their account i logged on to find that despite taking part in their " Back a team to win world cup get £5 each time they play in the world cup" wasnt honoured. Got a total rubbish response when i complained ie you get it when bet to win world cup settled...er excuse me how is that a bet to use each group game then?
Just had a winning bet on roulette cancelled when it would have been a big win, so how convenient for them. All because ive deposited £200 in the whole of June...oh yes i must be over spending..more rubbish.
Customer service is shockingly bad.They offer promotions they obviously have zero intention of allowing you to use.

When I contacted customer service they said the qualifying bet had to be a 4+ selection acca and that it was a 50% refund up to 20 if it lost !!!

Absolutely shocking customer service, deposited money and said transaction declined, the money was taken from my bank. After a live chat I was asked to provide the transaction number (which I thought they should have found for me) then asked to screenshot the transaction on my banking app. After doing this they want me to download my bank statement as proof of deposit! Which I thought I had already done with the screenshot. Don’t use this site they are thieves.

They ran an offer, bet £50 on an acca, get £50 free bet if it loses. Only terms they stated were up to £50 free bet and min odds of 2/1.
Absolutely nowhere on the offer did it state minimum selections, so the default for accas, unless stated is 2 selections.
My bet lost, went to claim my free bet and was told the terms stated were for 4 selections...which as I said, was not stated anywhere in readable format on the offer. There was no link to any terms, nothing.
So, they stole my free bet.
