I believe this company is a fraudulent company.
They have not paid out the win from the grand national and the “each way” bets I also placed their computer/system turned them into win only bets…

The Grand National bets and the each-way settlement issues you've described were the responsibility of the previous operator, AG Communications Limited, and we are not in a position to investigate or settle those bets on their behalf.
Under our operation, winning bets are settled correctly and paid promptly, and bet types are never altered from what the customer placed.

When making a withdrawal £10 or more they charge a pound e.g you need to win e.g £21 to get £20 its like going into shop can of coke £1 you go to pay. The shop keeper says thats £2 £1 for coke £1 for fetching it. What a con.
