And I am unable to make a withdrawal either. I have been trying for the past 10–15 days, but they are still not processing my withdrawal.
I have been trying for three or four days now. They are not verifying my account, nor am I receiving any replies via email. This site is an absolute scam. No one should play here.

Scam refuse to pay me my money

Massive issues withdrawing funds. I've so far made 3 attempts to get my money out of them without success. Very poor staff who will not do anything to investigate or help with issues. Wish I'd read here before opening an account with them as I'm clearly in good company. Save yourself the time and hassle and steer clear of this awful stain on humanity.

I MADE DEPO AND AND BET ON WINNING TICKET AND THEYVE VOID ALL THAT AND FROM THAT POINT I CANT WITHDRAW MY MONEY. THEYVE EVEN NOT RESPOND TO MY MAIL, I ASK THEM 2 X FOR MAIL TO COMPLAINT, ON CHAT THEY JUST CLOSE CHAT TO ME, AGONY... STAY AWAY.

Avoid at all costs.

Signed up, then was told immediately that I am unable to use the services but had already deposited 50 quid. The email told me to withdraw my money which I did, however after a week still no update and after several emails and chats to them, they still haven't sorted it and were plain ignoring me.

There is some progress but only because I sent a detailed email to them and CCing in complaints department.

They don't care about the users money and are utterly incompetent at best. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers

Don't waste your time. They will close your account without notice and they will keep your funds. They will don't give any explanation just their abusive terms that they can do at its sole discretion.

Scam Scam Scam

Scam Scam Scam, avoid this site. Worse customer service, Messed up website, you can't withdraw funds you deposit unless you fully wager the funds and on top withdrawals take days if not months. If you're not an experienced punter, I would recommend you avoid this bookmaker because all these frustrate you and let you lose focus making you wager your funds on events you don't plan to bet on and I personally believe it's their strategy. It's impossible to contact their agents, they don't reply emails, their live chat, at least for my experience, never worked. I ordered callbacks and I'm still waiting for a call, tried calling their hotlines, they hung up immediately. Nothing works there.

Sh!t of book

Sh!t of book, the page, the fees, inattention to the client, did you win? They block your account, withdrawals that take 1 month, well ... if I had known what awaited me at this bookmaker I would NEVER have deposited, they are mediocre, the worst of the worst.

Withdraw and costumer support issues - STAY AWAY

On the 30th of June i have sent my documents for verification with the intent of making an withdraw. I could see by their verification center that my documents weren't even analysed and i couldn't request any withdraws, so i reached out for costumer support. Since then, i have contacted betboro by livechat and e-mail multiple times and i was informed that my account was under ''revision'' as of July 5th, but no further information of what this revision was about was said to me. After more e-mails and live chats, on July 10th, i receive an e-mail that said the follow:

''Thank you for your email.

When your account is under fraud investigation, we are unable to provide further information. The investigation can last up to 21 working days.
During that period, there will be no further communication from our side, as soon as the investigation is over, you should receive a reply.''

This is outrageous. I am positive that i did not do anything that was against ToS, and i am concerned about the way this was handled, since i only received this e-mail after insisting at least 5 times through multiple days on live chat. On top of that, ''21 working days'' is not reasonable for any kind of revision, and i worry that i will never manage to withdraw my funds. I find incredibly suspicious that i managed to normally use my account for months and never had any kind of issue, but right when i manage to grow my balance and request an withdraw, they wrongfully accuse me of fraud.

I am not accusing Betboro of anything here and i still hope that my situation will be resolved, i will be providing my betboro username and account ID here in the hopes that someone from betboro team reads this and tries to help other than simply telling me to wait.

I will notify the community of how my situation develops, and form my opinion if betboro is trustworthy or not. If my issues get resolved, i will retract my complaint and give an update on my case.

Update: today is 20/07 and betboro still have not contacted me in any form.
Update 2: today is 21/07 and i still did not receive any kind of contact and now i can't even login in the website, which makes it impossible for me to reach out in live chat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOKMAKER, i have lost over 5k usd because they did not pay me

Am currently having issues with my…withdrawal

Am currently having issues with my withdrawal..
I deposited 30 cedis ...and I used 20 cedis for my first bet
Den I decided to withdraw the remaining 10 cedis in my account
They are saying withdrawal successful
But I haven't received any money in my account
And my bet account is also empty aswell....I've been scammed by betboro

We have checked your account and your claim is wrong.
According to the terms and conditions of our company, the deposited amount have to be used in full before a withdrawal can be requested, meaning that you deposited 30 cedis, you used the 20 cedis so you have to use the remaining 10 cedis. Your withdrawal of 10 cedis have been rejected, the funds returned to your betboro account and you have received an internal message and SMS for this action, so you were fully informed for that.
Please, see below the relevant term from our company:
14.8. In case that there is a withdrawal request from the client before any usage of the full deposited amount in our products, we reserve the right to charge the account from 10% up to 30% administration fee for the remaining unused amount that it will cover the transaction and operational costs of the company.

If you wish to get charged with the fees, please contact our support for assistance.

Good bookmaker

I've been with betboro now for a while and I have had no negative experiences with them. I've received a friendly customer service and specially all their offer is really interesting for me. Comparing to the other bookies I also use, they are offering huge markets and also many lower leagues around the globe. Although I have seen and read the comments, I wanted to give a try and for me it was worth to do so - I'll stay with betboro.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I won at very high odds on my free bets only to find out they had confiscated winnings. BetBoro put it down to using the same IP as some one else. - Impossible. Took the claim through IBAS but got no where. They just kept repeating terms and conditions. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Decent bookie but need to add horses

Seems good so far, decent odds, events, and customer service available. There is no racing betting here hence the 4 stars. Other sports are available though. Would be better if they could also add a welcome offer.

easy to use, impressed

I usually play with the more established bookies. Wasn't sure about registering with betboro given the negative reviews. Registered and deposited recently, all seems ok. The verification procedure was straight forward and my account was verified before I was able to deposit.

Shortly after I've also received an email where betboro advised me about the deposit limits available on the platform, and also the time-outs and self exclusion periods available.

I would advise on adding some promotions as there seems to be none at the moment. Apart from that, all good.

Terrible customer support

Stay away from this company. I deposited funds to use their sign up offer. This sign up offer stopped existing while my account as been verified so I tried to withdraw the funds I deposited. After 2 weeks waiting for my funds I contacted their live chat and they said I would receive my funds immediately after speaking with the accounts department.After another week of waiting I contact them again and I'm told that I have to wager the deposit to be able to withdraw! 3 weeks later! Terrible customer support, total waste of time, not worth it at all.

Awful company

Awful company. Restricted my account so I couldn't make a withdrawal, just because I won a bet. How do these guys have a betting licence???

Not worth anyone's time, nerves and money.

This has been the worst experience ever. Opened an account, uploaded documents, in the meantime, placed a bet with 50 pounds remaining. All docs has been rejected with no reason, account restricted. No email with explanation, not interested in clarifying anything. Withdrawal process was another nightmare, apparently, I had to wager the bonus before any wthdrawal could take place. Excuse me, what bonus? YOU JUST RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT! In addition to that, Live Chat gave me the worst experience ever in contacting ANY customer service.
