They are classical robbers…45 days ago i tried to put money to have for EC in Football…via authorised evchange office,a ment tto put 15,860 usdt…that was my first experience with that kind of deposit,so i sent first 10usdt to my adress on BIA…and transaction was finished in 5 minutes…then i decided that all is ok and sent the rest of 15,760usdt…and then the cheat began…first asking to authorize my account agaiin,all kind of cetifacates of that exchange office an so on,and so on…i sent them everything they asked and told me that the money is blocked,that it is hrld by Tronscan,and that they are starting somekind of inquirey with…classical liars…ii have proof from Tronscan that transaction is confirmed,it went through over 200 blockchains…since then every day they lie to me that somekind of ivestigation is going on with my cripto provider…and always same answer…they hold my money and they know it…shame…

Internet thieves (scam merchants) - Achtung!
I just opened an account with BIA so that I could access OrbitX. Deposited $50 USD and could not access the OrbitX account because of a "403 error".
Got onto the chat and was informed that a ticket was created and someone would discuss the issue with me via email (zendesk).
Received a generic email telling me to get a VPN, even though I was already using one.
Requested a refund and all I got was complete silence from BIA. The beauty about Australian Banks is they don't muck about if you action them properly, so will eventually get a refund from them because BIA are internet thieves and one thing we know about internet thieves is they won't voluntarily refund your money!

Horrible policies
If you put money here its impossible to get it out + they take a fee from everything you do.
You can deposit a minimum of 50€ with a 1% fee but cant withdraw less than 50€ so you need to deposit more with the same fee. You cant withdraw money from here unless you have played something. If you dont wager your money 1.5 times they take a 5% fee from your withdrawal. If you happen to win a bet I think it was a 2 or 3% fee they take. Just dont use it its not worth it.

As explained in our email correspondence, there was an internal error that led to an amount being transferred to your bank account, a transaction that you have not requested for. As a result, you received funds that were not yours, leading to a deduction for the same amount from your BLACK account. Delayed withdrawals or Scam?
I played with them much usual in last 2 weeks and I could not make profit ultil yesterday so all of my withdrawals were processed normally. But after winning some money, they got delay all of my withdrawals with the reason “ waiting on clearance from Orbit while they check your betting activity” while I had no profit in this platform and I almost played at Black (my Orbit P&L is -542 eur). I always bet on prematch events so what are they checking?
Beaware of this website!

My BetInAsia Review after two days
I recently signed up for a BetInAsia account so that I could start using the Orbit Exchange. So far the experience has been a very positive one. Customer Service has been excellent answering any questions I had very promptly (via email).
For anyone considering BIA as a broker I would say give them a try. There are always teething troubles when opening betting accounts. I had issues with my Orbit account being suspended at first but that was just me not paying attention. All I'll say about that is be very careful which URL you use to login as there is only 1 that is accepted. BIA got that straightened out for me very quickly.
I managed to deposit money without hassle and as yet I haven't withdrawn so can't comment but I don't expect any issues. The Orbit Exchange platform has been solid though I did have to use a VPN to get through to it (I'm in Canada) but maybe that was because I was using the incorrect URL at first.
All in all I'm very happy with the service so far. 5 stars for great customer service
