Wonderful
Wonderful. The chair is beautiful, it arrived in just 3 days and the delivery driver could not have been more helpful. He really went the extra mile when he saw I'd struggle with the large item and so he unpacked the chair himself and carried it up the stairs into my flat. That's a first for me and I buy from many online sellers. The whole experience has been perfect in every regard.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a Bariatric Folding Walking Frame and although there was a minor issue with delivery the customer services followed up and got things sorted quickly and it arrived the following day. Great service with excellent pricing will mean I will be using better independent living again and would have no problem in recommending them

Great portable bidet
I bought this product for my Dad as his mobility isn't too good to use a bath or shower now. The portable bidet arrived as described. My Dad is delighted with the bidet. It has given him great relief to be able to wash himself using this bidet. This company really seems to care about you as a customer and your shoping experience with them.

Cutlery was excellent and I will be ordering another set, however, the cup holder is a huge disapointment - admittedly I didn't check the dimensions, but I can't find ANY drinking vessels that will fit in this holder
