Great quality product half step has made life easier for elderly parent. Notifications and updates were great from Independent Living. Order and dispatch of goods were processed promptly. The only small niggle out of the companies control was carrier DHL failed delivery on specified day. The order was then delivered the next morning. I would buy again from Independent Living.

Instructions for putting together not very good
The instructions are nothing like what you have to do. It just states slotting things in and doesn’t mention anything about screwing together and which to screw first. Read the instructions a few times before realising what I had to do. Also the side table ? Was wobbly when fixed so didn’t fit.
