Well if I had received the product I would be in a position to comment,I'm just wondering if its a scam site as I have had no emails or notification of delivery, if you are a genuine site then please deliver my product....if your not then I will hunt you down via face book and get you closed down

I would give it zero if it was an option. They took my money, did not deliver. Did not even dispatch.
They failed to reply to my enquiry/complaint emails.
6 weeks later no response. No goods. No refund.
Do not order from these fraudsters.

Still owed two lots of booster sent an email no response just about to cancel my subscription .

Always loved this company and their products but since their so called flood earlier in the year something is radically wrong.
Nobody answering messages or emails. My money being taken but no delivery of goods.
Going to have to block my bank card as probably never get money back. How do companies get away with this?

Paid for a subscription and have had last two months payment taken from my account - no products sent and despite emails to request a refund of funds ie £40 not even courtesy of an acknowledgment let alone a response or refund

Been waiting 4 weeks for my order contacted them 6 times no response absolutely rubbish

Used to be a great company now miss orders and don't reply to emails ever don't know what's happened

Ordered on 13th April not received my order sent many emails and messages no reply used to be really good now just taking money and not sending goods or answering peoples messages I suggest you do not order from this company beware

Haven’t received my order and it’s been 5wks! Emailed everyday this week to chase but have been ignored.

I have been purchasing Betterman Labs’ herbal T-booster for a while now, and wanted to order the new version of the product, after receiving emails from them about it. Having ordered their NEW Herbal-T booster with KSM-66, on 17 March, I followed up my order with an email to them double checking that the product I ordered was the new product, not the old version, for which I received a reply confirming it was definitely the new product.
After several generic communications, from Betterman Labs, over the ensuing weeks stating they had delays due to flood damage, I finally received an email stating my order would be fulfilled on 15 April. Another email stated it would be dispatched on 18 April. I emailed again a week later asking where my order was, as I still hadn’t received it, which received no reply. Eventually my order arrived on 30 April, and lo and behold, it is the OLD version of the product. I’m disappointed with the level of service, on this occasion.

Frustrating ordering experience.
I've been using this product for a few months, and it seems good. So, I thought that it would be prudent to sign up for a subscription. The first expected delivery after signing up never arrived. I tried to log into my account to check the status of the subscription but as soon as I try to select 'sign in' from the 'my account' icon on the top right of the Betterman homepage, before I can select, a panel with 'Your cart' on it slides over the options before I can select. The website is so poorly designed that it's impossible to log in. I have had no choice but to source an alternative elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible! Been waiting for my subscription order to arrive and it's been months now. Still taking money from me and no communication from them to explain what's going. Betterman labs, I am giving you a fortnight to get your act together or I'll cease my payments to you. This is so frustrating and such a huge shame as the product is exceptional, but your service is terrible.

Ordered on March unfortunately a flood stopped the order

Still bombarded with adverts carry on ordering

Wrote to enquire where my order is assured beginning of April still nothing received

But offered free post as compensation for my next product if I would like to order

ordered for a month plus, problem with product, kept moving delivery dates

I ordered from yourselves and never received my order I emailed yourselves several times with no response. Eventually I had an email about a water problem at your warehouse which is fair enough but although you gave me a date of 4th April I still have not received my order and have not had anymore emails about it. Trying to contact you is a nightmare. And then you keep sending me emails saying don't forget to leave my review. I can't review something I have not had

Their website says they’re serious about delivering results. Well my order is severely delayed. After ordering i got an email saying the delay has been caused by unfortunate circumstances regarding a water flood issue. Can’t see anything on their website to warn customers about this so they’ll happily take your money knowing full well they can’t deliver.

5 weeks later nothing. Still waiting.
