Tower Trophies Avis

Called in a panic to get a trophy replaced/ engraved that was missing, within two days time for an repeat event. Called and spoke to helpful staff Ed and then Vivien who spend the morning locating the same one and committed to getting it actioned and sent out to me in Scotland! Nothing was a bother and the extra effort at short notice showed how good the customer service was.

Vivien and her team are absolutely fantastic. The whole process from ordering to delivery is so smooth. I wouldn't buy our league trophies from any where else

Absolutely first class service. Superb choice, very competitive prices, made and delivered safely and quickly. Would never go anywhere else.

Excellent old fashioned and professional service. I purchased a Police Statue for a retiring colleague. I will use this service again. You will not be disappointed.

I have used Tower Trophies for two consecutive years. Their products are always high quality, quick delivery and well package. The communication from the customer support is fabulous

Very helpful and will accommodate 'most' unusual requests.

Really helpful service when hit some difficulty with the ordering. Great products and good information regarding delivery.

Good product and good value for money. Promptly delivered in excellent condition. Very happy with my putchase

High quality products and timely delivery!

5th time in 3 yrs I have used Tower Trophies, always good prices, range and excellent service. Many thanks - speak to you in February for our next Golfing tournament trophies!

Always happy to help. Great prices and quantity discounts. Very good quality items available and are delivered as requested by courier.

The communication was excellent!
There's a message/chat on the website and although it starts off as a bot staff are quick to respond and help.

I purchased 30 trophies in various sizes and a bulk of medals.
I wasn't sure how to place the order in a clear and time-efficient manner. I dropped a message via the bot and within an hour I had a clear response via email with an Excel format to clearly state the product name - plaque wording separated into 3 lines and pre-set to drag the wording if it's the same on multiple awards.

I am also very pleased with the logo quality although it is just a sticker it is of good quality and shine.

Medals - great selection of ribbon colours and loved that the items came pre-made and bound in groups of 10.

The communication throughout the process was fantastic and good turnover time which was appreciated after putting trust in not only money but also in hopes of being able to reward the athletes with quality trophies and medals at the ceremony.

Fabulous glass trophy for one of the rugby mums

I ordered from tower trophies recently and had a great experience. I was kept up to date with despatch notices and a check up service even after I received my order!
Got exactly what I ordered and fast delivery!
Super experience and will order from them in future! Thanks Tower Trophies!!

Ordered new replacement Trophies, excellent customers service fast totn around, can't fault these at all..

Got our initial order wrong, but apologised, put it right immediately, without quibble. Just sent a replacement and let us keep the original glasses. Great customer service and good value product too. Thank you

Really great Service from Ed, he even managed to add in an extra item we had missed from the order, definitely using these guys again for the next award trophies.

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with.

They handled every single thing superbly and took the pressure of organising a presentation night off.

Thorough and efficient family business. A rarity. Can't recommend enough.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Tower Trophies, for our Christmas award ceremony.
Always helpful, always got my order correct, and always delivered on time.
