They failed me today.
Normally this is my number one online Casino with it's easygoing verification, fast prize redemptions and great promotions. HOWEVER, they let me down today. I paid for the 9.99 110 Free spin promotion and they got their money and I didn't get to play my spins. I keep getting a having trouble with wallet or game went to sleep try again and the support says that I'm in Minnesota when I'm in Illinois. I've checked all my browser location settings, Google account location settings and my location settings through my device which are all set to give my exact location. Also if the location was the problem than the other games wouldn't load and they do. So now I'm forced to leave this review and make a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Okay so I decided to come back and write another review I've already written one about how great I think that he is but listen it's not the selection of games or the customer service or the ease of using the website although all of those are top-notch you guys it is the fastest redeeming place I have ever played at and I play at a lot of them and a lot of them claim to be instant and you have to wait but I'm not even joking you my first one was fast my second one was fast my third one was fast my fourth plan I did have to wait 3 hours for it but I just put in my last one and it was instant and I'm talking anywhere from 200 to 1500 redemption they're all the same day I've never had to wait not even for the first one the first one was instant before I could get to my bank it was there. I play today because I redeemed a large amount yesterday and I just wanted to see for myself if I would still be able to win the day after I made a large redemption because most places I play you don't win 2 days in a row and if you do it's only for a very small amount. Not at Betty y'all I just withdrew again that's 2 days in a row okay that's almost unheard of. Betty is the best and unlike other places she's not stingy ;)

I have truly enjoyed playing Betty Sweeps. They give out free spins every single Monday, their games are fun, and support is quick. The only reason they did not get a full 5 stars is because I did 4 redemptions in 1 night and 3/4 were instant, before my phone could reload after pressing redeem, my bank notified me the money was in my account, but the 4th redemption tried to say it had to process and could take 3 days. I didn’t understand that but besides that…. GREAT games, GREAT support, SMOOTH verification and redemption (for the most part)!!!

Technical error did a $60 wager too take all my money.
I had only visited this site a few times always losing. I only make $0.10 to $1 wages because I don't have a lot of money hoping to get lucky. This particular night I had a little bit of luck when I played the feature ending up with $61. By then I had accumulated some gems. I took the gems and traded them for free spins. After my free spins were done I still had $61 from my previous wedding all of a sudden a $60 wager is made and I have $1 and some change left I didn't know what happened all I know is my money disappeared it's they said there's nothing they can do it was a technical error . Either way I think it was purposely done because I was actually having some luck I don't trust this casino at all.
