I don’t like being scammed
I don’t like being scammed. That is why I recommend anyone that experiences a problem dispute the charge on the credit card. Don’t listen to their lies about all sales are final.. you will win, especially with any kind of documentation or proof you will definitely win and get your money back. Even with no documentation still dispute maybe the time spent on doing the paperwork they can think of better ways to make money other than scamming their customers.
My problem started when playing a certain game Templar tumble. The game icon looked like the one i knew but didnt know what was different but it was. Then that’s when I realized the game was actually temple tumbler. What I clicked on was templar tumble but it pulled up a completely different game. I did not win anything in a 100$. After taking a. video and showing management this I was given an apology and that was it. It obvious this was done on purpuse to deceive people because when you hit the search bar that game was the first suggested game and that’s on any account. These people are very ignorant and greedy. They claimed i got what I paid for. I did not they tricked me into playing a game that I guarantee you nobody wins on by masking it with a game people win on. I told him to close my account and I won’t be back and I will tell every single person that is interested in my opinion about their scam…by the way, don’t believe all these positive reviews. You can kind of tell this casino is garbage. Truthfully most of these casino are scams. That’s why i only recommmed sportzino and their sister sites. Bad experiences almost everywhere else.
You claim it was a mix up but why when you use the search bar it’s the first recommended game?

Don’t waste your money and time here
I took a long break from this app, months,
honestly . and I just came back to try playing again. Oh my God… this app is truly disappointing. The games feel terrible, and it seems like they’re not meant for you to win at all. When you contact customer support, they hit you with this robotic “AI-style” explanation about why you’re not winning, instead of giving real help.
If I’m betting $1, I at least expect to win something. I went from $100 to $0 in less than three minutes. No bonuses, no decent payouts, nothing. It’s honestly shocking.
I’m extremely disappointed with this app, and I’m taking another long break because the experience was just that bad.
