I keep meticulous track of my balance several times a month. Between November 1st and November 11th 2025, without playing, my Sweepstakes Coin balance dropped from 59.63 SC to 11.13 SC.

Customer service informed me that because I hadn’t used the Sweepstakes Coins I purchased with my own money frequently enough, their policy allowed them to remove those coins. Although I logged in daily and had just played free spins provided by the company, this apparently did not count as sufficient account activity.

They remove even coins you’ve paid for if you are not playing regularly. In my opinion, even if they offer an item “free with purchase,” if it formed part of your consideration for buying, their labeling of it as free is irrelevant; I personally consider it baked into and part of the purchase. Nowhere else would it be acceptable for them to do this. If you got a free item with purchase at a grocery store and then they came and took it out of your pantry because you didn't cook it fast enough, no one would say, “well, you asked for it, it said at the bottom of the receipt they could do it.”

Unlike other sweepstakes casinos that treat logins as basic activity, they do not let you build a balance over time before choosing to play. Support told me their Terms of Service contain obscure, customer-unfriendly clauses that permit this and refused further assistance, then accused me of being “threatening” when I said I would leave this review.

Additionally, customer support referred to my coins as "AMOE" initially, but I've never filled out an AMOE for their company, or any sweeps company. These were included as part of a gold coin purchase I made.

I seek no resolution from them; I merely wish my warning to exist for all others thinking of playing with them. Their terms are extremely consumer-unfriendly and morally dubious, in my opinion. You can decide yourself whether they're acceptable.

Edit: Their response is bogus. They already refused to negotiate with me, even after I threatened arbitration. I ultimately decided that this review would suffice as I didn't want to pay $250 to the arbitration company to try and recover 50 SC, but I contacted support three times on this issue.

The text of their final rejection reads:
"We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that, upon a comprehensive review of your account activity, we have determined that the 49.30 Sweeps coins in question have reached their expiration. Please note that in accordance with Section 6.11 of our Terms of Use:

"Virtual Coins will automatically expire in the event a User Account becomes Dormant. For the purpose of these Terms, 'Dormant' refers to an account with no gameplay activity utilizing Virtual Coins for a consecutive period of sixty (60) days)."

While your account has exhibited overall activity, this specific balance remained unused during the sixty-day period. These coins were credited to your account more than sixty days prior to expiration, providing sufficient opportunity for their utilization.

It is important to note that, by registering an account, all users agree to abide by the Terms of Use, including the rules regarding the expiration of Virtual Coins due to inactivity. Therefore, the expiration of this balance was conducted fully in accordance with our policies.

Regrettably, it is not possible to refund or re-credit the expired balance. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Use, specifically section 2.4.

Don't let them tell you that they're willing to help. They are dishonest. They gave me their final response, even facing the possibility of expensive and time consuming arbitration that would have cost them thousands of dollars, they were committed nonetheless to their anti-consumer posture. Terms this unfriendly are not common in the social casino industry; Betty is heavily in the minority in their policy. Most social casinos only require basic account activity like login.

They also attempted to keep this review off of Trustpilot. They've probably done this same thing to many people and successfully blocked negative reviews from appearing on this website. They are very aggressively anti-consumer, in my opinion. Unfortunately for them, I was happy to provide my ample documentary evidence to Trustpilot and my review was restored.

Love their site. They are pretty new to me. I love their games the slots are really different and good. I got free spins and ended up winning and casing out got my Money within 24hrs with no problems. Would definitely be playing here again.
