We had Lewis and his lads to do Superfoil insulation in our loft and new loft hatch and ladders fitted. From the start when Lewis came to give us a quote he was very friendly, informative and didn’t put us under any pressure, in fact he advised us to go and get some other quotes as he understood that people need to feel confident about the price they’re paying. When the work was being carried out I was at home by myself whilst my husband at work. Often as a woman it can feel intimidating having workmen around if you’re on your own but Lewis and the other blokes were so lovely, they were very respectful and keen for me to feel comfortable. They asked me to check I was happy with their work every step of the way even offering to step outside while I FaceTimed my husband to show him the work. They worked so hard hardly stopping for a break despite me asking them to at least stop for lunch! They would not leave until they had hoovered and cleaned up and again they were insistent on sitting outside while my husband and I checked their finished work and were happy. We felt reassured when Lewis told us to call him afterwards if there were any problems and that he would return to fix any issues free of charge. We have recommended him and his company to our friends and would have no hesitation in using Be Warm UK again if needed. Thank you again!

The team had it all in hand from the word go with new loft ladders and all boarding it is so nice and safe. The superfoil is great for the cold winter months🥶.
