DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Original order placed on April 15th, 2026 for "in-stock" wheels and tires. Order as of 5/11/2026 has still not shipped after being told time and time again that it would be shipped "that day" when I called in. Additionally, I have called every day for an update from May 1st-May 11th and have received a different excuse for the order not shipping every time. I have placed 2 orders with them in 2023 and 2025 and never had any issues like this with fulfillment. Still have not had the order shipped and no real explanation. I am not quite sure how their ratings and reviews are still positive at this point as I have now started to see this is not an isolated incident.

We ordered wheels and tires on 4/11/2026. I started calling to follow up on the order on 4/23/2026. It is 5/4/2026, and I have called 13 times, speaking with someone 3 times. He is very nice and seemingly helpful, but I still do not have wheels, tires, or even a tracking number from a shipment. They do, however, have my money. Horrible experience overall.

Placed a 1500.00 ordered they never shipped it and stopped answering the phone. Now I'm in a credit card dispute!

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a windshield from them that was “in stock” took three weeks to get it. It was the wrong windshield and now they won’t answer the phone or email about returning it. So I had to end up selling on Facebook to get back some of my money.

This is clearly a scam!!!! Ordered over a month ago, have written multiple times and the response is always, "Let me check and I'll get right back to you." Stay away from this place!!

Had to call 9 days after an order. Took our money, still hasn't shipped. Shady? I don't trust this company.

Great company to work with. Made my order right when I was shipped the wrong order. Great customer service.
