I was apprehensive at first because of the many negative reviews, but for me everything did work out just fine. The case fits and i can access all buttons. The sample photo on the website doesn t change when you select a case that is all. The case has a nice touch and feel and protects the camera as well, being raised a bit above it. I would say it is a bit overpriced , i paid 35 Euros for a case. 25 or 30 would have been more reasonable in my opinion.

Ich habe mir eine Handyhülle für mein Sony bestellt. Die Verarbeitung der Hülle ist schlecht und sie besteht hauptsächlich aus billigem Plastik - der Holzteil ist nur draufgeklebt und das nicht einmal gut... Abgesehen davon passt die Hülle nicht, es war unmöglich sie auf mein Handy zu bekommen. Der Kundenservice hat mir zwar geschrieben, dass sie mir aus kulanz (den Kontext habe ich nicht wirklich verstanden) erstatten - erhalten habe ich jedoch immer noch kein Geld.

The iphone case they delivered me was NOT made of real wood and resin. The website charges way too much money for a product that is not what it looks like.

I bought a phone case early October 2022. It arrived but wasn’t the wood/resin quality is expected. I completed the returns information as requested via Facebook with the company. Sent the phone case back, it got held in polish customs for an age. Attempted delivery to the company and now according to royal mail it’s heading back to me. It’s nearly Xmas and this hasn’t been resolved. Such a shame

I bought a phone case from them a few years and it was great. I *tried* to buy one again a few weeks ago and it was/is a disaster. Rude and completely incompetent. I emailed them several times trying to find out why my case was stuck at UPS. They totally ignored me, no email nothing. I finally got PayPal to step in and they gave me a refund. Several weeks later I get this email:
'Hello, Yesterday we were contacted by UPS to provide the correct contact and address details.
Please send me the correct contact and address details urgently.Phone number and delivery address.
Regards,Michael.'
They DO speak English but that fact is that they couldn't care less if you receive the product that you pay for. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is the second phone case I bought from Bewood. The first case, bought about 4-5 years ago,was great and the transaction was fine. However, I bought another case from them in early August 2022 and I still don't have it. I've emailed Bewood a few times and they don't respond. I've had to open an investigation into where my case is with PayPal and the carrier, UPS. I don't see a happy ending to this situation. I am really disappointed and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am now out 31 euros and Bewood couldn't careless. The product is OK but the customer service is non-existent. If you don't speak English, don't use English on your website. Duh. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Very unhappy overall and also unimpressed with the customer service.

I ordered a Rosewood Santos case for a mobile but what I received looks very different, it is much much darker and looks more like the Ziricote Aztec calendar case.

I understand that product colours may be slightly different on a computer screen and that wood is a natural product which will differ but sorry, this difference is really too big. It is as though I have been sent the wrong type of case. What I received looks nothing like the picture on the website, not even close, even in terms of the grain of wood. If this very dark colour is a feature of the wood which I ordered, then where is the warning on the product page to state that the wood can actually be much much darker than the picture shown? Or put up a second picture with a darker piece so customers can see this before they buy it. To be honest the wood doesn't even look that nice, it looks very similar to that imitation wood look rather than the nice, natural look you would expect from such a product.

To make matters worse, when I called the company regarding this, they refused to pick up the call, claiming that they could not communicate in English but then sending numerous email replies to me in English. So why also make your website in English, advertise a customer service telephone number on it and then sell to international customers if you are not prepared to speak to them and give them the full level of customer service you offer?

In summary, don't bother trying to call these guys if you have a problem, they won't answer.

And all this at a cost of almost 31 Eur. Very disappointed and a total waste of money.
