The plugin itself is great, but the customer service was remarkable. I had some fairly specific requirements that the plugin couldn't do 'out of the box' but the developer helped me customise it to fit my needs exactly. Niang even wrote some CSS for my website to help me out.

We had 34 emails back and forth over the course of a few days, and all replies were prompt and constructive. Niang went above and beyond what I could have realistically expected.

The gallery is very flexible with a good caption-field in the lightbox. And this text can be formatted, with "span class" and "br"

Great addition to my Squarespace site. Includes options that should be standard features. Easy to install and customize. Tech support was very helpful.

Very simple download and install process. Lightbox Studio works exactly as demoed on the site and is quite easy to work with. The only things I would improve are, clearer direction of the need to copy and paste code when you customize the plugin. I would also love to see a few more styling options (caption styling, etc.) I would highly recommend this plugin.
