Bibo Nova review.
The engineer was first class and very approachable. I am still evaluating this Nova against my Classic and, so far, it’s not going well. The flow rate fluctuates between 1.3 and 0.8 bar. The chilled water is usually around 8-11 degrees and rarely goes down to the preset 4 degrees. Perhaps it is not coping too well with the hot weather!

The chilled water that is dispensed from the machine, will be a slightly higher temperature than the stored tank temperature, as it will naturally warm once it has left the tank. Environmental factors will also affect this. During times of hot weather, when the incoming water temperature is higher than normal, the time in which the water takes to chill will be slightly slower. Jasmine and Kayleigh in the office are very helpful and great ambassadors for the company. The engineer, Sam who came to install the machine was really efficient and took time to set the machine up and explain the controls to me. A very good experience

Great engineer
Lewis was a very polite and skilled engineer who used his initiative to ensure that the new part would fit the Bibo when the design of the machine had changed slightly.

Awful machine
Like other people I have had an awful experience with the new Biba Nova machine. My classic gave me 5 years trouble free. Within 5 days of getting the new one it is leaking like crazy flooding my kitchen.
Trying to get a service call and they cannot even give me a date. This machine is not fit for purpose don't get one until they sort out the issues.
I am so unhappy I may cancel my contract and go elsewhere. As a disabled person I struggle to lift a kettle so the machine is an essential. Bibo you need to step up big time

I'm really sorry to hear that you have been experiencing an issue with your recently installed rental machine, and that, due to the weekend and Bank Holiday, we were unable to confirm a repair visit appointment date with you until today. The appointment has been scheduled within our 5 working day lead time. Had there of been a sooner appointment available, I can assure you that we would have attended earlier. I can only apologise that you have been temporarily left without the use of a machine in the meantime. I understand that this has caused frustration, and that the appropriate refunds have been issued due to this.

Steve was excellent…
Steve was excellent in finding the fault which was a water feed that had become disconnected. Re calibrated some of my settings to save energy and wear on the machine. Outstanding as ever. If only some of our larger corporations understood the value of customer service.
