Great experience with Darren from Bibo. Had a UV lamp alarm which still came up after changing the lamp. Machine still under warranty so Bibo sent Darren out to replace another part. Whilst here he noticed hot tank had a slight leak, so replaced that too. Machine back to as new condition now. Great service from Bibo, and Darren is a credit to them, great guy very professional. A true example of how warranty service should be.

Excellent service from start to finish! The engineer Stuart was really helpful, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the Bibo was fitted properly and working perfectly before he left. Thank you for such a great service!

Darren R visited today, to help install a new machine. He was polite, informative and patient while installing and explaining how the machine operated, which had changed significantly from the first model owned. Darren was happy to answer all my questions and didn’t rush me at all and even re explained at my request to make sure I had fully understood my machine and caring for it. Darren was an excellent technician and was a pleasure to have met him.

Darren from Bibo visited us today to investigate an issue we were having with our Bibo Classic not recognising new filters. He diagnosed the problem and fitted a replacement part leaving our Bibo fully working again. He was very personable and efficient - excellent service!

We've had our bibo water dispenser for 2 years now and I will never drink tap water again. We have our machine serviced every 6 months. Stuart came out yesterday. So friendly, professional and efficient. 10/10 from us all round.

This gadget is very user-friendly. It was fitted beautifully by a BIBO engineer who arrived precisely when he said he would. You can’t ask for more!

The field technician Lewis came to install our new machine at our office. Was very polite, helpful and informative throughout.

My Bibo Nova is now working better than when it arrived new. Jason the Engineer was extremely knowledgeable of the product and went out of his way to make sure product was working as it should. All issues were fixed. It restored my faith in the Bibo brand. Jason is a credit to the company.

The unit itself is absolutely outstanding. Beautifully designed, incredibly convenient, simple to use and genuinely one of those purchases where, within days, you’re wondering how you ever lived without it. It has completely exceeded our expectations.

Jason wasn’t just friendly, knowledgeable, professional and respectful — he was exceptional. From the moment he arrived, nothing was too much trouble. He knew the BIBO inside out, explained everything clearly, took enormous pride in what he was doing and treated our home with absolute respect.

There are people who simply do their job well.

And then there are people who make you think, “Someone at this company needs to know how good this person is.”

Jason is absolutely the latter.

In fact, we were so impressed by him that we contacted BIBO separately because a public review didn’t feel enough. We wanted the company to know what an outstanding person they have representing their brand in customers’ homes.
