Love my BIBO but what a great team too
Apart from the fact that I love my BIBO (properly cold and properly hot well filtered water) I have never experienced a company with such happy, helpful staff. From Sam who installed and serviced my unit to Jasmine who seems cheerfully to help with my stupidity and Kayleigh who helped with delivery delays the whole team has been brilliant.
I think it probably is indicative of a well managed company focused on the customer experience and it’s so refreshing to find that businesses like this do still exist. Well done BIBO and everyone in your team.

We love our Bibo
We love our Bibo. It has made a huge space saving from having a kettle & a water cooler to a single unit doing both. Our visitors & contractors love the Bibo too. Always get great & reliable service from the office & the engineers visiting site.

Warranty service repair
The engineer explained everything very well in detail about the work he was going to carry out and replaced the faulty components. Very friendly and excellent customer service experience. Would recommend family and friends to join Bibo due to their excellent experts engineers.

Most impressed arrived in good and very pleasant. Soon sorted out the problem and gave useful advice for the next change. I really think you need to update your instructions there is no mention of turning off blue tap and running off cold to release pressure and various other steps in the process which are not mentioned in guide. Perhaps it would be a good idea to print a full list of instructions and post it to all your customers
