BIBO Water Avis 

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that Stuart Ingleby was fixated today my Bibo filter , and he done an excellent job, I recommend!!

The Bibo is now working after a long time of being unable to use it.

The water does not appear to be as hot as it was previously?

Friendly and knowledgable engineers and quick to respond to the issue which was appreciated in this hot weather.

Excellent customer service and problem efficiently rectified.

I have had a Bibo since 2020 and was very happy with the original. Recently I decided it was time for an upgrade to the Nova. As a customer I found the process simple and fuss free to obtain an upgrade. I was able to complete most of the process online with a member of the team who was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions about the upgrade. My yearly subscription for cleaning and filters transferred over with ease and the staff supporting the process were excellent.
I absolutely love the Bibo and am sure the Nova will deliver the same results.

Tasha is always amazing at fixing any issues I have big or small, always offering prompt fast services, love our catch up chats, lovely bubbly character, always puts my mind at ease before completing the job, 100% satisfied with Tasha's work. Jasmine from Admin is also very prompt and efficient with booking me in as soon as possible and around timings that suit me & my family, fantastic experience booking in with ease thanks to Jasmine, very helpful, great customer service, highly recommend using their services.

Engineer always straight to the point with what’s being done and a good estimation of long it will take.

And leaves the property clean and as it was before the visit

The two service agent that came to my house were just fantastic. They dealt with the issue my machine had and then checked it for any other issues.

They gave me good valuable advice.

They were knowledgeable, polite and responsible.

Jasmine was very helpful and made sure the problem with my machine was dealt with.

Sam watts visited and was wonderful. Really helpful and knowledgable. He left the machine like new! We’ve had it for years and was certainly looking s little Tired. Reason for the visit was to fix a defective heater tank, which he did and also diagnosed a few extra bits that needed attention. Would recommend Bibo and Sam 100%

The water is so pure its so easy to drink cold or hot with no after taste. The machine is genius quite straightforward and love the pre select buttons via the touch screen.
The engineer was straight forward explaining the process with minimum disruption lovely young lady.
Overall I have to give 5 stars from purchase to install, very much recommended many thanks.

great response when a cylinder failed, replaced without question and collected old cylinder on new one's delivery. very prompt replies too.

I always find the staff on customer services very friendly and helpful - eg Kayleigh and Poppy. This time was no exception; Kayleigh arranged for an engineer to come out to sort out an issue and he rectified it quickly and easily (Sam Watts - also very friendly and very knowledgeable about the machines).
