Never ever buy any car from this auction , other wise you will be in shit . You will end up paying double price than car market value.. all the auction house on this website they are not following EU rules . Lots of hidden charges, please stay away from these people . Be careful and stay safe and protect your hard earned money 💰.. please warn others .. specially auction house name . Richard and Maze they sell their cars on bidspotter please never buy from them and other auction house , car worth £2000 you end up paying double price almost £4100 . Please stay away .

I raised a complaint with Bidspotter regarding the trading practices of one of their "auctioneers" - highlighting that this company were in effect retailers / wholesalers who were using bidspotters auction platform to circumvent the consumer trading legislation. I highlighted the ways by which this "auctioneers" practices were inconsistent with auction law, & asked why Bidspotter do not have clear and standard trading guidelines, and enforced those rules across their "auctioneers" - my complaints were disregarded on several occasions by Bidspotter who attempted to plead ignorance of the tactics and business practices of their "auctioneers" & independence of them. Bidspotter have full knowledge of all bids placed, & the online tactics of their "auctioneers", they provide the trading platform & because of this they have the ability to enforce rules and standards across it, they have the ability to weed out dishonest practices. My request was that there should be transparency regarding the involvement of the "auctioneers" in bidding, there should be full transparency & if a lot is subject to a reserve it should be clear that that is what the bidder is bidding against, rather than the shill bidding tactic which appears to be frequently used by some of the "auctioneers" using the platform. All concerns were refuted and it was impossible to speak to anyone who would take the disreputable practices of some auctioneers seriously. I would suggest caution to anyone who bids on bidspotter.

They charge you two fees and also they send you first invoice with big sum you think you got a good deal ones you pay that second invoice comes up if you don’t pay you loose the money also they said the car runs and drive is just a scam I took the car with recovery the turbo was blown I end up paying more than a full service history car and double mileage and go through all the issues unbelievable

All that you can do is send a generic response, this shows how you care about your customers. You are a fraudulent organization that operates within the legal grey area. You owe me £935 that you deliberately took from me and closed the collection site. Your operation no matter how you describe is criminal and will be held to account.
Any one reading this, be fully aware this company or any associated companies are not to be trusted in any way. They take your money and do not deliver what you have purchased. They may be the marketing company but they are customer facing and ultimately responsible for the underlying activity.
Do not even engage with these people. They are the worst. !!!!

Took my money twice in the GAP wallet
Took my money twice in the GAP wallet. This is apparently common and they know full well about the problems !! They should not be using a system that they know takes twice the amount of money that is authorised. Now having to go through my bank’s dispute system to get the money back I treated as if I have done something wrong despite showing multiple proofs.

k bid and won a vehicle through here with select assets when paid asked when i could collect they said they did not actually have the vehicle ??? was told i could either have a refund or wait until they had something i said no i will have a refund this was over £40k they refunded minus over £9k for their fees for what avoid i am now fighting for the money back

Watch out for unscrupulous companies using this site , bid spotter then deny any accountability for the issues , 365 consultancy hid the location of the vehicle until after the sale then whack a £1500 shipping charge to their compound (more than double the price I found as a single user not trade ) then when disputing the invoice start charging late payment fees and even interest in an invoice that was already paid , as well as storage daily .
Will be taking this to small claims court

Watch out these dishonest untrustworthy auctioneers called Ashley Waller auctioneers
Most of their fruit trees are unfertile and won’t bear any fruits their mulberry and plum trees variety that I purchased from them on their auction site despite calling them to ask if their fruit trees are fertile and having fruits despite their confirmation it turned out to be a lie and now it’s almost late autumn and can say for hundred percent they lied about their fertility just don’t waste your money with them like I have done buy from a more reputable and trusted nurseries.
