Terrible site they charge up to 20% on top for what. I bid 6k on a van that was at 3k on the site saying it’s below reserve at suddenly over night it’s at 6 k and on sale. Bloody scammers the lot of them.take my advise if the vehicle is worth 7 k to you bid 2k cause they will make the rest up

Cannot get through to auction. Missed lots. No support

I loged onto the site and it told me I was OK to bid. I placed a bid with 15 seconds to go and the site then required approval from the bank. Even though this was quick it was not expected and resulted in my bid not being in time for the auction. I am very upset!

Bought vehicle ford fiesta 2019 through bid spoter.
Photos were clean and tidy .
Even after speaking to Aron been told no fault run and drive.
When received car engine was seized/broken. Driver side panel was damaged.
COMPLAINT TO BID SPOTER THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY .REQUESTED I WORK HARD TO SAVE MONEY HOWEVER THEY DID NOT BOTHER EITHER. THEY SAID CANT DO ANYTHING.
Did not take responsibility neither bid spoter nor wise Remarketing .
Hidden charges.
I Loss £4K.
Don't buy anything from them.

Scammers paradise site.
They have Scammer Auctioneers on their site. You will pay for items you win but will not get it. When you complaint to Bidspotter, they say it has nothing to do with them and to take it up with the auctioneer.
This is an auction scammers site.
You will lose your money and cannot get it back because they insist on payment by bank transfer.

These guys are scammers. They kept contacting me that I had won an item on their website. I did a quick research only to discover I haven’t registered with them. How they got my info remains a mystery to me.

Should have read the reviews before buying from here.
They are scammers here which advertise products falsely and then state goods are sold as seen.

SCAM AND CROOKS!!!
I won an auction for a mini excavator From Asset Auctions . I paid my invoice the following day. It has now been over 4 weeks with no response or information about when i can collect the item. I have been e mailing them daily but e mails are ignored and no telephone numbers to call. I have also been to there offices in Nottingham off Asset Auctions to be told bye a neighbour they left over 3 weeks ago and I'm not the only person who has been looking for them. They have taken over £5000 off me. Also Biddpotter should be ashamed as they still allow them to trade on there website and don't help anyone.
Even now the same item which i bought from asset auctions is being sold again for someone else to lose there money And biddspotter knowing about this do nothing
PLEASE DONT BE SCAMMED BY THESE CROOKS

Dangerous auction platform!

This platform gives and tolerates fraud companies even after many signals to them, that some auctioneers on the platform are fake, and only take money from the customers without to provide the winning product. I personally visited the address of one of them - Asset Auction, to which I paid for the won lot, but the building was empty and the company was not working.
After a report to the customer service, the same company continues to work on the bid spotter platform and continues to deceive users of the platform. UNFORTUNATELY, there is no feedback, and apparently, the platform is interested in profiting and not taking action.
AVOID!!!

After i registered with bidspotter i gave my bank cards details as part of the process to register for a auction A few days later my bank card was used for fraud to buy concert tickets , so stay away from them

The service was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.I purchased a van from Edwards & Gerald Auctioneers, but the information provided was incorrect.
I feel compelled to share my thoughts. From the outset, it was clear that the level of professionalism was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for the entire interaction. I encountered multiple issues, and when I reached out for assistance, my concerns were met with indifference.

What was particularly frustrating was the lack of communication; I sent several emails seeking clarification and support, but I received no response. It felt as though my inquiries were being completely ignored, which is unacceptable in any customer-focused business. Overall, the entire experience left me feeling undervalued and frustrated, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options. I certainly won't be returning.
