Having viewed a house for sale in carlow, i was extremely interested in placing a bid. However i was unable to.
Contacted them on over 10 occasions, no reply on emails or contact us button.
Emailed ceo of company expressing my interest in house & anxious to bid. No reply.
Also wanted to put my house up with them.
I wouldn't now as probably other buyers had same issue. So Vendor potentially losing out. Ill certainly make the vendor aware. Too late for them but a warning to others hopefully.

Definitely not recommend to buy through Bidx. You will be ghosted by the sales person. BidX gets income when the bidder register for bidding that is approximately 200e per person, a money a lot of people loose if they are not successful.

You need to get the paperwork checked by the solicitor and the house inspected by the engineer upfront, before you even start bidding, that is a lost cost of you are unsuccessful.

Next, if you are successful you will be literally forced to buy the property otherwise you loose the deposit of approximately 5k.

To any person who is even considering buying on BidX, especially first time buyers, DO NOT. Do not be tempted by a low entry asking price - price will go up during bidding and you will only be loosing money the moment you sign up for this gambling Game.
House is serious expense, you need to consider the purchase carefully, a luxury that you don't get with BidX.
Sales people are ghosting you, they just want money, and even a person who is showing you a house has no clue, nothing at all about the house, their job is to open and close the door for you. Talking from experience, unfortunately..

La peor experiencia
. No tienen ganas de vender. Te hacen perder el tiempo y dinero. Por su responsabilidad perdi el credito y tuve que pagar yo misma el tasador. No entiendo nada ni porque proceden asi. Informacion poco clara , demora para entregar documentacion y terminas pasandolo muy mal y te quedas sin la propiedad que deseas. El comercial Mikel torrent el peor profesional, nos tuvo meses enteros en ascuas haciendonos quedar mal hasta con el banco. no recomiendo en absoluto que gestiones nada con ellos. La pasaras fatal

Había quedado para ver un piso la próxima semana. Pero leer las reseñas me ha hecho cambiar de opinión.
Gracias a todos los que habéis escrito contando vuestra experiencia. Siento mucho que hayáis sido estafados, pero vuestros comentarios son muy útiles para que otros no lo seamos. No pienso arriesgarme.

Efficient process,information provided in a timely fashion

Brilliant platform. As a first time buyer from auction I required a significant amount of support. During the process I liaised with Mat from arranging the viewing to making my bid who was amazkng. He was knowledgable, helpful and very generous with his time.it was an absolute pleasure to deal with BidX1

Great experience so far. We’re cash buyers and found a great apartment in Kildare county being sold by a receiver on BidX. Basically it was on sale by the bank because the previous owner couldn’t pay off his mortgage. We’ve got a solicitor consultation (costed 250 euro), he confirmed that everything is good, the legal pack is adequate and we’re not gonna have problems with a title. The only risk was with management fees not being paid for years but we accepted the risk and were ready to pay it off in the worst case scenario. We had a viewing of the apartment and we liked it. We sent the bidding fee of 4500€ plus technology fee of 150€ to BidX. Money arrived in one day, very fast. The agent helped us a lot to make sure we’re not late for the bidding. The bidding process was easy and hassle free. We didn’t win it unfortunately, but the apartment was sold still underpriced. You won’t find anything for that money on the market. Okay, so we lost it and BidX returned our bidding fee in just two working days. Technology fee is non refundable, but it’s a reasonable fee for a chance to get a great property. So go for it, but keep in mind: this will suit cash buyers only. And make sure you found a good solicitor to investigate the property. Your money, your responsibility, BidX is just a platform for quick sales, opening some great opportunities.

I enquired about a property I was very much interested in near Barcelona and had a reply back from Miguel Torrent
the Sales Consultant quite quickly. I followed up with an email with a few more detailed questions, e.g. was the property connected to water / services, before requesting to book a viewing. But then I never heard back. I tried on a number of occasions to contact but was ghosted. Strange as the property is still for sale. I'm not surprised from reading the other reviews and feel sorry for the sellers that trust this company. Avoid.

No deben tener ganas de vender, o es un fraude, que todo podría ser. Vimos ayer una vivienda y desde ayer intentando hablar con el comercial, y cuelga la llamada, y por supuesto no llama tampoco. Lo peor.

Cierto es que piden la señal para participar en la subasta y luego si eres el ganador te piden muchísima documentación y cosas que parecen absurdas pero es por evitar blanqueo de capitales, en mi caso la propiedad tenía deudas de comunidad que bidx1se comprometió a pagar , total que firmamos en notaría y los comerciales nos atendieron bien y resolvieron nuestras dudas.
Si encuentro algun chollo por mi zona volveré a comprar con ellos ya compre en 2020

Después de pagar 4000€ de arras, me dan los 45 dias naturales para formalizar la compra, el problema viene cuando al tasar salen 2 incidencias, y al pedir los certificados que solo el propietario puede solicitar al ayuntamiento me dicen que ha expirado el plazo, además de no darme tampoco el certificado de deuda de la comunidad, ni suminstros. Así que entre correo de pedida de documentación y el silencio por parte de Bidx1 se pasan los días y me llaman para decirme que perdí la casa y que no puedo comprar.
He perdido mi dinero y mi tiempo. Ya está en manos del Diputado del común en Tenerife para reclamarles y en la OCU también.

Nicole was amazingly helpful. We couldnt login for a long time because of some technical issue but Nicole was in contact with us all along and tried her best to help us and finally we were able to bid and became the successful bidder.
