Deplorables, se ocupan de inmueble embargados y parece que no les interese vender nada. Un año llevamos ya detrás de ellos por una propiedad que anuncian como si fuera un chollo cuando en realidad es un desastre que lleva cerrada cerca de 15 años. Puede que en Irlanda sean guays pero en España no inspiran ninguna confianza.
Esta clase de "empresas" deberían estar prohibidas.

Recently bought a property through Bid x1 before it went to auction. It was fairly complicated, but Mat was amazing in helping to sort out the issues we came across, even persuading the vendor to be patient whilst we sorted our funds out.

I found buying at auction with bidx1was very easy, quick service (usally close the deal within 2-4 weeks), trustworthy site ( you can view legals before you register/bid) , honest staff with their information given about the property, i would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

If you want to maximise your profit from a property sale - do not use this lot. Terrible outfit. Went to view the house and they could not let me in as they did not have access. Drove 2.5 hours each way to find that out. Went to the auction (open from 10am to 1pm) and it closed on the first bid made at 10.30. It was the reserve price and had they kept the auction open for the time stated I would have competed and they would have made a lot more money. Jamie the auctioneer was unresponsive all the way through my farcical experience.

They then reply to me giving me an email address (see their reply below) and this email address is not assessable to anybody outside their organisation seemingly. Their continued incompetence did make me laugh though.

Peor imposible, nos citan y no aparecen, nos vuelven a citar otras dos veces y más de lo mismo. Cuando me cogian el tf llegaron a decirme que si llegamos a un acuerdo tengo que demostrarles yo a ellos de dónde saco mi dinero por tanto... de entrada todos somos culpables hasta que se demuestre lo contrario, ¿pero qué se creen que son hacienda ellos para pedir explicaciones a nadie?, me dicen por si tienen una inspección, la inspección la tendría yo no ellos. Esto me hace pensar todavía peor, ¿ quién es esta gente que no da la cara y me pide un informe de mis cuentas bancarias?. Yo personalmente no voy ni a coger billetes de 50€ con ellos, me huelen demasiado a chamusquina y viendo los comentarios más.

Great experience dealing with the team at BidX1! Every member of Team BidX1 has been superb with the collective experience they have apparent from the outset. Auctions aren’t best suited to everyone, however the team make the whole process less daunting; if it’s your first time; and, in my experience, are always on hand. Esta empresa es una vergüenza.
Efectivamente piden y piden lo mismo,mareando al futuro comprador . Nosotros cumplimos con todo lo necesario,se pasaban el expediente de uno a otro,volviendo al punto cero cada vez.
Si no fuese porque habíamos entregado una fianza de 4.500€,ya hubiésemos abandonado las gestiones.
Peor que una auditoría. Llegaron a pedirnos la cuenta bancaria de uno proveedor nuestro para justificar un movimiento bancario. El colmo!
Donde está la protección de datos?
Al final después de 45 días también se aplazó la firma de la compra , el representante no traía la documentación complet.
No lo recomiendo,no compréis nunca con esta plataforma

Los ESTAFADORES estos se van a quedar con mi fianza de 4.500€ después de 4 largos meses mandando documentación porque había que justificar céntimo a céntimo cada movimiento de la cuenta. NADIE absolutamente NADIE puede demostrar eso, y menos una cuenta abierta de hace muchísimos años. Su excusa es: Como no puedo demostrar unos ingresos de 1.000€ en efectivo del año 2019, incumplo el “contrato” dicho contrato que dicen que se firma electrónicamente al registrarte en ma página de Bidix. Sí, me registré para poder solicitar la visita a la vivienda, y ahí está el truco! MUCHO CUIDADO con esta gente, pero no se crean que se van a ir de rositas. Les llegará mi demanda por cláusula abusiva.

Nefasto. Todo en general. La forma de gestion, la poca profesionalidad por parte de los comerciales lanzas oferta y ni se molestan en avisar. Pides info y nadie te llama.
Si puedes evitarlos, mejor.

For a property sales site, they seem to be very uninterested at actually selling the properties they have.

Beside the paperwork to get registered and verified, the actual respond from the service can be considered non-existing.

This results in properties dropping in price as the people who want to view it, can not get appointment.

The sellers lossing out on money as they "think" nobody has a interest in their properties (and they then need to drop price over long periods of "no-interest").

When actually people WANT to see the properties and ARE interested in buying the properties but BidX1 simply does not respond to phone calls or emails.

The service seems to be lazy and only interested in selling "done deals". Where people buy blind using their auction system (with consequences that other reviewers post about).

We have never seen a sales system this difficult to work with in all our years. Most companies want to sell, the guys are the first that seem to be reluctant to sell any property. What results in potential buyers simply giving up and buying other properties.

By the time there is enough accumulated "interest" for the company to finally do a auction, you end up with maybe one to zero buyers left (as you can tell the past auctions on properties have almost never any bids).

If you are a seller, you can pick one out of 100's others property selling companies and get a better result with more money in your pocket and a faster sales time.

Its not just the buyers the company is playing around with, its also the sellers.

So buyers AND sellers, beware ...

There is no option to give zero stars. These people give a whole new meaning to incompetent. As a prospective buyer I had to beg them for information. At no point was I kept updated on progress. The ad for the house was going up and down. Then the house was sold at a moment’s notice. I was unable to attend the auction. The house sold for about 50,000 less than I was willing to pay for it. Requests and queries went unanswered. Different agents contradicted each other. The whole thing was a shambles. You would want to be a fool to sell your property with them.

UN TIMO! No tienen ganas de vender y lo que venden tiene problemas. Pésima atención por parte de sus comerciales. IGNACIO GOMEZ y MARCOS. Poca seriedad, no contestan mensajes, llamadas, y hacen gestiones muy raras. En general todo lo que hacen es raro y no inspiran confianza. En el proceso de comprar una propiedad necesitas asesoramiento y con ellos no la tienes. NO LES COMPRÉIS NADA! TENDRÉIS PROBLEMAS!
