Sam Lewis helped more than I can say with our branded merchandise. He was totally instrumental in the success of the order, from basic queries and visuals to delivery and payment. He was completely professional throughout the many times we have used Big Bear. He is the go-to man! It was a pleasure dealing Shay Kanabar on a promotional item. artwork process worked very smoothly and we received the product before the tracking link was up and running. 3 days from beginning to end is not bad.

Ordered 1000 mint Imperials and 50 Bamboo USB phone docks. Very helpful service, suggesting an alternative for an item not in stock. Arrived in very good time. The mints are very nice and the branding looks great. The USB phone docks looked great even impressed the most technically discerning in our office. Excellent products, service and pricing. Excellent company to deal with. My timing for ordering was way off (my fault) aside from that the stuff I wanted did arrive in great time and the quality was perfect. I'm from a printing background so I always worry about cmyk and RGB but was assured it would be fine and it was. I will obviously search around for prices but if they have what you need you can trust them 100% Sam the man was great at responding to my occasional rants.
