Great service
I received great service from Total Merchandise. The products i ordered were delivered as quickly as possible and all to a high standard. Isabelle Chamberlain was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions (and there were lots!), sending me samples and responding quickly. Would recommend.

Great product, and customer service

Good products and a good price
Good products and a good price. Izzy is very helpful. Would give 5 stars except there is no flexibility in the rice breaks/quantities.

Our minimum order quantities are set by the suppliers we work with and are as low as they can be – however, if you are unable to find an item at the MOQ you require, we will always work with you to find a solution or an alternative. We ordered 100 Spencer Drawstring Bags for our event and worked with Alice throughout. From the start, she was quick, clear, and highly professional in all communication.
When we needed to delay delivery due to being out of the country, she handled everything smoothly without any fuss.
We had come to this company after trying another supplier, and the difference was clear - Alice was far more precise and helpful in answering our questions.
Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be using them again for future events.

Outstanding Quality and Customer Service

Cuddly toys
We were delighted to receive the cuddly toys based on the cartoon mascot for our paediatric nurse-led transport service. From the moment they arrived, it was clear how thoughtfully they had been designed, with bright, friendly features that will immediately capture the attention of the children in our care. The quality of the toys is excellent and the communication from TM throughout the entire process.
