The order of tea towels was very efficiently and politely managed by Poppy S. The only slight hiccup was with the couriers who left the parcel with neighbours and didn't let me know that they had done so. I let Poppy know the next day that no delivery had been received and she resolved the problem. The tea towels were printed and delivered much more quickly than I'd expected.

The experience from enquiry to delivery was seamless. Poppy S was available to help with the process and updated me throughout.
