The team at Fluid Branding are exceptional. Always going over and above to deliver on time, even at short notice !

It makes a pleasant change to have faith and trust in a company to delivery on time, every time. Efficient, cost effective and a very friendly approach. Our team loved their Pollo shirts, very good quality and they were easy to order.

I would highly recommend Fluid Branding.

Simply awful...

I am very disappointed with Fluid Branding. My colleague Jemma specifically requested delivery for June 6th, but the company provided a vague delivery window of June 5th-7th. This resulted in a late delivery on June 7th, causing major issues for our event.
Despite Jemma's multiple attempts to get updates on June 6th through calls, emails, and website chat, she was completely ignored. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
Fluid Branding refused any compensation or discount, citing their original delivery window. Their poor customer service and disregard for our specific needs make them an unreliable supplier. We will not be using Fluid Branding again.

Poor Communication and lack of attention to detail

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Fluid Branding. Despite my clear request for delivery on June 6th, the company responded with a vague delivery window of June 5th-7th without acknowledging my specific needs. This lack of attention to detail led to the delivery arriving on June 7th, causing significant issues for my event.

Throughout the process, communication was severely lacking. Despite multiple attempts to get confirmation and updates on June 6th, no one from the team contacted me. My calls, emails, and messages via the website chat were all ignored, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

When the delivery finally arrived late, Fluid Branding refused to offer any form of compensation or discount, citing their previously stated delivery window. This rigid stance on customer service, especially after failing to ensure my specific needs were met, is unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Fluid Branding and will be seeking alternative suppliers for future events.

Be very wary of this company!!!

i ordered 500 no plain plastic re-useable cups, when the product arrived they were poor quality and also not what i required, i request a refund and asked if i could swap for another product but they would not let me, as they could not take the product back ( even thought these were just plain un branded cups???) i offed to cover postage costs but they would not budge. i have reported them to trading standards!

Great Service

Ordered 250 coasters and pens, all arrived brilliant quality, and quickly with free delivery.

No extra charges for artwork and colours which is a common theme with merch suppliers.

very pleased with service from all staff :)

Cancelled order and no refund

Wish I had read some of the reviews below before placing an order! I placed an order at short notice but was assured they could meet the delivery deadline. I made the payment but was then told that they could not supply the goods due to 'factory issues'. I asked for compensation because it was then too late to go to another supplier, but was told that wasn't going to happen. 15 days later I emailed them to say that the promised refund had not been received. I got an email back straight away with apologies and assurances that the refund would be processed that day. (Apparently I had just missed their 'refund run' a couple of weeks ago - what is a 'refund run'? Surely if you owe somebody money you just pay it back to them?) That was yesterday and by the close of business today still no refund has been received and the person making all the assurances yesterday has got an out of office on until the end of June. They are now holding onto over £1000 of my money.

Staff clueless, poor communication and failed to meet deadline agreed.

I contacted Fluid about a short notice order that they said they could fulfil. Their first artwork attempt was laughable so I asked for amends. We agreed a third version and then I confirmed the original deadline. They said no, they could no longer meet this. So we changed the artwork in order to meet this and they agreed the deadline, payment was made, and THEN they came back saying due to issues in the factory, they couldn't make the deadline. All the way through communication incredibly poor (I've had to chase for responses), staff seem way out of their depth. I've asked for a full refund - have yet to hear from them.

Amazing Service!!

Contacted Fluid Branding in search of finding a new vendor. Commercial Director John and Merchandise Manager Charlotte, were both truly amazing during this process. They maintained high level of professionalism and attended to our needs on the two projects we are working on. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in distributing high quality product samples. Hope to work with you again and will definitely recommend in future!

Great service and speed

I used fluid branding to order some personalised notebooks for my company, we're really pleased with them and that the whole process was fantastic - Sophie and Skye got this sorted for me in amazing speed and we'll definitely be using the service and recommending to others in the future.

The absolute worst experience you can expect from a merchandise company - all in

The absolute worst experience you can opt for. Not only that the merchandise for the event never showed up after the order had been confirmed, but they totally ghosted us EVEN THOUGH they confirmed placing the order. Days and days of following up and literally just begging them to provide a reply on whether the merchandise will arrive or not, so we can look for urgent fixes or alternatives. Chatbot conversations, calls, nothing compelled them to give an answer. Just a small ray of hope at one point when the AM bothered to throw in a couple of words and blame it on DHL. This was followed by total silence, no further replies and just an utter overall failure. Please do yourself a favour and opt for literally any other brand out there - it just cannot be any worse.

We reached out to the team to look into these issues, we were told that your required delivery date for the requested merchandise would have missed the deadline for your event if the enquiry had gone to an order, which our consultant tell us they explained. However, we are really sorry for any miscommunication/lack of contact and poor service. We always try our best to give a great experience whenever we can, and we're sorry we missed the mark this time.

Very bad service

Horrible service. This is my second review for this supplier after they failed to deliver gifts for my event last May. This time I asked for two deliveries, the first order was to go to their warehouse in the Netherlands, but for no reason they managed to send it to Hungary - 2500 pens suddenly arrived at my colleague's house. The second order was for domestic shipping from their warehouse to my office, items already in stock and paid. It's been 12 days, nothing. When I asked where the order was they tried to arrange it quickly but failed and blamed the courier company. I do not recommend anyone to work with Fluid. The gifts are nice but the quality of the service is unbelievably bad.
